I was going to try the 'try before you buy'" option but they want to put a hold on your bank account for the entire price! That is not try before you buy. And it's too bad because I really wanted to try their products. Why couldn't they make like a $20 hold. You can't use your money until the company releases the hold. I get paid at the beginning of the month and just frankly don't have close to $107 to put a hold on. Super frustrating. I guess it wasn't meant to be...

It is a scam. They do not refund your money. I canceled a week before the TBYB period ended and they would not refund my money. There are products iut there that work way better for half the price.

If i could give zero i would. First off just wanted to try the perfume cuz of a hype ad i saw. WASTE lame no discernible notes whatsoever. Ok and sent crap i didnt want with it. THEN tried to cancel within the 21 days, they said I got it TWO WEEKS before I did. Would not ever trust try before you buy. They should call it "stuck with our crap products". So bad. So so grimey. Be careful! They advertise that you can try for free for 21 days and you only have to pay shipping. As soon as I placed my order, they charged me for the shipping PLUS the cost of the product. Total scam!

The smell is nice
The smell is nice, the cream is very silky. However, I tried it after considerable weight loss. Even using it with exercise and red light, I did not notice any skin tightening after 6 months. It was a waste of money.

Don’t order from them
Don’t order from them! They put a hold on your account for twice the amount of the total. I tried to cancel my order FIVE MINUTES after I pressed send and they wouldn’t cancel it OR remove the hold! Go to Ulta or Target!

DO NOT BUY. This company is a scam. Please save your money. I did the try before you buy and when I wasn’t happy with the products, I went to return it on the 20th day of the 21 day period you are given and they said it was too late. They said I had received the products a day earlier than when I actually did and even by their own date, I was within the timeframe and they still would not let me return. Very dishonest company.

NO NO NO, do not trust this company. I noticed a purchase over $200 on my bank account and called immediately to cancel the purchase. Of course the package still arrives. We went to the post office and they could not return, went to CVS to try the UPS system. No one knows where this was mailed from and it can only be returned by leaving a message with Maely customer service...BIG SHOCK had to leave a message. This company is cruel and does business dirty, NEVER trust this company

Misrepresentation
I asked for a sample, they sent this big thing of what I asked for a sample of. I thought a sample would have been smaller. Anyway, I guess I was suppose to try it for 21 days and then send back what I didn't use. This to me is very scary. So now I'm wondering how many people had their hands in the cream I used. Why when you ask for a sample would then not send a sample??? Well I was charged over $120 for something I wanted to try. Needless to say because I didn't send the used face cream back they won't budge on a refund. Why would I be responsible to mail this stuff back, why would they want it back and why do such shady business. I wouldn't recommend this company at all!!!!

There is no
No try before you buy. There is no, “try before you buy” with this company. They claim to hold the full amount of the product and it won’t be released for 4-7 days, then you receive the product and supposedly are charged 21 days later. Customer service lacks professionalism and it’s apparent that this company isn’t fully aware of consumer laws. I don’t care how good your product is I want nothing to do with a company with such unscrupulous practices and poor customer service.

I really wish I would have read reviews but at the time it was such a great offer. Never again. They have made a total of 6 transactions on my card. Now my emails or texts are not going thru. This literally makes me sick. Idk why Taylor is at her company she let me know as soon as they receive product back I'll be refunded. This was the last thing I needed today.
