I purchased the carpet freshener and was very pleased with it. It arrived in a container ready to sprinkle and my refills (which were cutely packaged in sachets) are easy to refill into the sprinkler jar. The smell was delightfully spot on (a well known Lush xmas smell) a good quality that didn’t fade as soon as it was hoovered and now my vacuum smells good too!! I would definitely recommend this product and the seller 👍

Simple site to use, only tricky bit is leaving a review. No instructions on site or button to press for a review. Would buy from them again though.

I signed up for MadeMe for a year subscription at half price, £25.00. They do offer monthly subscription but the reduced price is only referring to yearly. To my horror, I found this out just before my year was up and I was charged £50.00 without any warning, for the next 12 months. When queried I was informed that I had agreed to be debited for the following year as I originally signed up for a year. Absolutely no recourse. Beware!

I ordered The 2022 calender of George, the Stourbridge Station Cat. I was very pleased with everything from the simplicity of ordering to delivery. The product was of a very high standard and I look forward to having it on my wall next year so I can see the little rascal George every day. Thank you for a fabulous product and service 5*

Mademe.co.uk is a good platform for crafters selling handmade products, user friendly, very hardworking in assisting users needs, reasonably priced, with a very interactive community, effective and simple to use, the only thing I can point less efective is the promotion in other platforms like Facebook not a lot exposure is made concerning crafters contends, I sugest maybe promotional videos were mademe can make a compilation with sellers products, instead of a single shop each time, mademe shops need more exposure to costumers. Despite that would recommend had a good experience using mademe.

Received my order of George's calendar very quickly, as promised, well packed and inn excellent condition.

I have had thesame experience as a few recent 1 star reviewers. I have had £50 debited from my account by MadeMe having not had a single enquiry or sale for the previous year and having forgotten about them. Because i had no direct debit for them I did not realise that they had my card details and would debit them without even a prewarning email. I emailed them and raised a ticket last Sunday. It's now wednesday and I haveheard nothing besides discovering small print in their info that they never refund subscriptions taken. I feel that I have been robbed of £50 I can ill afford and there isn't even a phone number to reason with these people. If anyone manages to get their 'stolen'£50 back I'd be very grateful to know. I find it hard to believe MadeMe can just get away with this.

Efficient and easy to use website with fantastic handcrafted gifts.

I would give them none if I could. They do not advertise, so no one sees your listings. You have to bring the traffic to the website. They took £50 from my bank account on auto renew without pre warning me. Otherwise I would have cancelled. They have refused to give me my money bank and blocked me from their Facebook page when I left negative reviews. I am now reporting them to my card issuer in view of fraudulent transactions and ignoring distance selling laws. Do not subscribe. They are just out to take crafters subscriptions and do nothing else

As per previous reviewer HB I have found myself in the same position. £50 out of pocket and no one to communicate with!! Furious

Review as a Seller: Absolutely abysmal customer service because there isn't any!
I thought I would give MadeMe a try as I have great success on Etsy and wanted to support a UK site too.
The WordPress interface is clunky and after a year on the site they took my 2nd year payment without any warning (you know, like 'hey, your payment is due soon) and did it off an expired card. Now £50 down and no response to my support emails I have closed my account and returned to the world of Etsy. More traffic and better customer service by far.

Great Woody BBQ sausage holder, many laughs had by my friend, who I'd bought it for. And what a funny and sweet message and care instructions from the maker. Would highly recommend. Great value too.
