The dress arrived in poor condition, poorly packaged, all folded and very wrinkled, and the bag the dress came in was all torn. The bow on the back of the dress was destroyed and very folded.

Fabulous Experience
I made an inquiry and within 2 or 3 minutes I got a response! I ordered right away. They communicated the process of getting the dress to me through a couple emails, inspected the dress and I got it in the mail. When I unpacked it the dress was perfect! The fit was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous dress and my daughter looks like princess. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and pleasant.

The owner contacted the manufacturer while I was on the phone, inquiring about a dress. A week later, the dress arrived at my front door just in time for my event.
