Excellent service and delivery process. Great communication from point of purchase to receiving the order. I will definitely use the company again.

Have visited here many times, but today’s visit was disappointing, we never got offered anymore tea just the one pot when we arrived, savoury delights & finger sandwiches were excellent, when it came to the scones they were so dry that the one I attempted to eat was so hard I couldn’t cut it & piece broke off & I could tap the plate with it, I spoke to the waitress who offered me 2 fresh ones which I said I’d take home, then the desserts arrived, there was a strawberry mousse in a glass but we had to ask for spoons to eat them, my daughter got a teaspoon & I was given a sundae spoon, all this really put a damper on things. It seems that a little bit more attention to what is needed at the tables

What a company 5 stars, communication excellent, service outstanding and product absolutely perfect.

My order arrived very promptly and packaged lovely too. The quality of my order looks just as good as on the website. Perfect for giving to our new puppy owners as a welcome pack.
