Macro Meals UK Arvostelua 

Food ordered and arrived as arranged (bar 1 missing item). The meals that arrived were varied and tasty.

There was a supply issue with my protein pancakes - customer service noted me in advance and arranged for either redelivery or refund at my option. I requested redelivery and was offered 20% discount off my next order. The next order was processed and no pancakes or discount applied. This was despite having spoken with the founder, Tom, who assured me he would personally see to this.

Next order was automatically processed under my subscription but I noticed several items missing. I tried updating this just 30 minutes after the order was processed but it was impossible for me to do this. The hassle wasn't worth it so I cancelled the order and my subscription.

I am now 2 weeks on and despite sending 2 emails and calling 3 times nobody has contacted me back to discuss the £140 plus in refunds I am owed.

The food is nice but the organisation are unbelievable difficult to deal with.

I've been wary about ready-made meal delivery but macro meals has been amazing, good macro split and tasty!

Good portion size, arrived when it said it would.

The quality of food is horrible. I was not able to eat any of the food as the standard was low. No flavours. Very blend and cheap quality products.

First time buying from these guys and it hasn’t turned up! On my account it says complete but DPD haven’t received the parcel, reading other reviews this seems to be a common factor! The other reviews of people that have received there meals seem positive and I’m meant to get my second delivery tomorrow! Let’s see if it turns up🤷🏼‍♂️

I ordered the keto meals but they just bundled loads of veg with a bit of meat into a takeout plastic container to heat for 4/5 mins. Not in separate compartments, no separate condiment packs, no gravy. It was dry and rubbery once heated and out of the 5 meals I threw 2 away and just picked at 2. This is an extremely basic food service that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Nice food, was disappointed that there was no service on bank holidays... alot of people still work during this and need good food to stay on track.

Quality of the food is excellent and there's a really good selection to choose from, delivery is abit of a nightmare but its definitely worth the wait

Majority of the meals are pretty good and filling, I did find the roast option quite salty and didn't personally like the taste of the diced chicken however the majority as said was tasty.

Used Macromeals for a good few years now, have noticed a decline in service and quality from them. A shame as the ordering process is simple, they seem to have let other things slip though.

Very tasty meals I really enjoy them also they pack a lot of food into those containers, really generous portions. Excellent service.

First time ordering and the order was delayed after it was sent. Not sure how well it would have been stored as it's sent out fresh and chilled but was delivered more than 24 hours late.

Food seems quite nice though, hopefully it hasn't spoiled.

I have received my first order and i'm so happy! As a vegan finding the right meal prep company hasn't been easy, but with macro meals I loved how I could put together the foods that i liked to create my own meals. Most other companies have very small set menus for vegans. The food itself is delicious, so easy to store and heat up. Very great communication and i received my order before 8am on the date of my delivery! Super impressed :)

Still no reply after 6 days as to why I received 20 meals rather than 10 👎

Food is really tasty and health conscious . It has really made a difference to my weight loss efforts. Also delivery is great as been able to select specific dates regardless of when you order is placed .

For me worth every penny!!! Since dec 2020 my diet has been carnage. Skipping meals, binge eating, feeling awful and then repeat. I kept saying to myself il meal prep on the weekends and occasionally did but struggled with consistency because of this horrid cycle that turned into a bad habit for me! A friend recommended macromeals and I am so happy that they did because with the food there is variety, flavour and it breaks down the macros and calories so you can stay on track with your goals. Importantly, food tastes amazing too. Im going to keep ordering from macro meals as its helping me stay consistent with my eating and at the same time i know how nutritious the meals are.

Fab food and lots of it !!! All fresh and tasty highly recommend!!!

Not the first order and definitely will not be the last. With every meal I have the more I rave about macro meals honestly I can not say enough good things about the meals and the service.
I’ve tried so many different meal prep companies over the years and finally I do not need to keep looking.
Do yourself a favour and make an order 100% you will it regret it. A+++
