Delicious and Vegan!
We love the seasonal menu and the many dishes to choose from (depending on your plan). We have the Harmony Plan and are able to customize our order based on that weeks menu! It's very delicious and with our busy lives, it makes our lives so much easier to not have to worry about cooking!

These meals were for a family with a mother who is seriously ill with cancer. The mother is doing well with chemo but has been unable to provide regular meals. These meals were well liked easy to serve and made it possible to maintain their vegetarian diet.

Macro expensive with no listed ingredients
Very very expensive. We liked few of the meals and not others -no ingredients listed-when I called I was told there would be ingredients listed( I have latex, rubber tree plant allergies) Food was filling but not sure of serving sizes -I ordered family for a week -there was one container of soup and no other sides?

Thank you very much for your feedback. I remember our phone conversation and am sorry if there was a misunderstanding. We provide lists of all our ingredients online, instead of in the shipment itself, as a way of reducing our environmental impact. On the packing list included with your order we do have instructions on how to find the ingredients on our website to try to make this easy. We are generally very clear about this with anyone who asks, so I am sorry if you somehow understood otherwise, it was not my intention.
I do remember addressing your food allergy specifically after you inquired about the ingredient listing, and when I told you that we don't use any banana, avocado, mango, kiwi or papaya (the ingredients you were concerned about) in any of our meals, you said then there would be no problem with respect to your food restrictions.
I am also sorry you didn't reach out to me when you received your meals and had questions. We try to always provide prompt customer service via email and phone. We also take food allergies very seriously since we work with so many people who have them. I would have made myself available to you to answer any concerns, and direct you to ingredient descriptions of meals had I known you were having an issue finding them.
I do appreciate your comment regarding our pricing. Our goal with this service has always been to price things as fairly as possible so clients can use our service on a regular basis. Generally the feedback we get regarding our pricing is that it is reasonable, and we do have many clients who have been receiving weekly meals from us since we began service in 2009. Unfortunately the level of quality we require of our meals doesn't allow us to go any lower than the pricing we offered you through the Family Program that is our lowest currently available pricing through one of our meal programs of $9.54 per meal. We do have certain dishes that can be ordered a la carte at $8.99 each.
With regard to your question about side dishes, if you want to refer back to the program description for the Family 24 Meal program you will see that it consists only of 24 main meals, and does not include side dishes. We do have some dishes that are thick stews that perhaps is what you describe. We also have other programs that come with sides that I can direct you to if that would be helpful, or you can always add side dishes to any program as additional items.

The food was great
The food was great. Service was great. I lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. Felt a lot better. I also liked having my refrigerator full of food. My only complaint is in this day and age the delivery charge was to high for every week.

Lovely
Lovely, fresh food delivered to your door. It makes trying vegan options so easy! The choices are varied and well seasoned. The three bean salad was my absolute favorite. I loved it so much I ordered four containers of it the next time. Yum!
