Really disappointing experience. I pre-ordered a computer using Affirm and waited two weeks with no updates. I called the store, and they said they’d get back to me but never did. When I followed up again, they told me they weren’t getting the item anymore. I even asked if we could switch to a different computer since my Affirm loan would affect my purchasing power, but they just canceled the order instead. No effort to communicate or make things right.

They never help respond

I do believe this is a scam company. They were listing Macbook Air models with maxed out specs for hundreds of dollars less than what comparable machines sold for anywhere else, but I kept reading online that this is a legit business. So--I risked it! Paid via CC and Paypal just to make sure I was protected. SURE ENOUGH! 48 hours later I got a cancellation email from them with absolutely no reason given. Those "too good to be true" prices they advertise on their website are indeed too good to be true. Thanks a lot for wasting my time!

Excellent customer service. Easy to talk with the actual owner, Ray, with any questions. I am in love with my MacBook Pro I purchased from them this month. It came with no scratches - looks brand new. Highly recommend! Will purchase from them again!

These guys are farm to table electronic gurus. They go above and beyond every time.

Best prices on the internet. I called cause the checkout was bugging out, the guy completed payment over the phone and had me otw with my tracking number in like a minute.

I needed a powerful machine for an editing project in Premiere Pro that had multiple layers and needed to run fast. MacPro-LA helped me find the right computer to rent, worked with my budget, and helped trouble shoot. I would recommend them.

Amazing customer service would definitely get a repair here again if I needed too. I wasn't able to pick up my laptop due to my work schedule, so the owner first told me he would stay open later then suggested to Uber it to me at no extra charges which was awesome. This is definitely good customer service.

Ray and his team are fantastic and very responsive. They really understand the ins and outs of Macs and saved me from a really expensive fix.

I thought my MacBookPro was on it's last legs but when I took it to MacPro-LA they told me I just needed a new battery. I left it there and before I got home they texted me to say that it was ready to pick up! The price was reasonable and the service was great.

MacPro-LA is absolutely fantastic! I wouldn't buy my computer from anyone else but them. They are very honest, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not very technically savvy and I was given a lot of support setting up my computer.
