MacGregor Golf Arvostelua 

My warning is about the length of time it takes to get the club. If you are willing to wait over 3 weeks for the club(s) or pay an exorbitant price for an expedited process that brings the price to around what you would pay for more established brands, then you have nothing to worry about. If, however, you wish to have your clubs to use for the golf season this may not be the company for you. If you purchase from them just be aware of this fact.

Purchased the MacGregor MACBLK set for the extended length option. The clubs arrived in a noticeably damaged shipping box, which was my first concern. After one normal round of golf (no rocks, no roots, no misuse), the driver head showed denting on the underside.

When I contacted customer service, I was told dents to the top or bottom of wood heads void the warranty automatically, with no consideration that this happened on the very first use. The rep then compared it to denting your own car and expecting the dealer to fix it, which isn’t remotely the same situation.

I’ve used borrowed Tour Edge and Callaway drivers for many rounds with no similar issues. A club failing after one use and a company refusing to stand behind it is a red flag for any golfer considering this brand.

This is based on the courier, I was advised that I would receive my package on Monday 2nd March, nothing arrived, no update nothing from DHL, i had to contact them myself only to be told that the package was delayed, again no info or expected time of delivery, absolute joke, this is a birthday present which we have been unable to give so had to purchase something else, will think twice before purchasing anything again.

Good value product, exactly as advertised. Quick shipment. I would have no hesitations to shop again.

I’ve used the clubs once and I am really happy with them, sadly the plastic part on the strap on the bag has broken after only 4 holes. So clubs quality is 5 star but bag quality is 3 star which gives average of 4 stars. I will try and fix the bag myself

These clubs were delivered before the date stated which was a bonus, when they arrived they I was so impressed with the look of them, nice feel great for any beginner like myself. My only critic is that the 10% off for signing up for new orders wasn`t clear on purchase, so I could have saved some money there.

Club arrived quickly looks good can't wait to try it hopefully proving value for money betters other companies continuous need to fleece golfers

Lovely putter but the grip isn't quite lined up correctly, and I'm struggling to find 5grm spare weights to buy. With out these two problems it would of been 5 stars

Ordered at 2.45pm on a wednesday, delivered to me on Friday morning at 11am. UK Mainland to N.Ireland by the way, first class service. As for the clubs, whilst I'm no expert they are of great quality and for the money superb value. Certainly everything I need at this stage 😊

Golf bag with club lock my clubs are +1 and they all fit perfectly, bag appears to be well made and fits my power caddy so I’m happy.

The price, quality and therefore value was really good. Ordering and delivery was easy and quick too. I haven’t played with them yet but assuming they’ll make me a pro in no time 😎

Some bad news when i take Driver true customs is it 0 in toll but i need to pay tax for the amount to Norway goverment 25 % of the price of driver and transport😡😡
So it is importen the price on the invoice are lowest as possible😎
