Very friendly. Fast service and due to high expertise the process was a lot easier and cheaper than other places, or sending it off to Apple. Did what two other reputable places couldn't do. I basically thought the laptop was a lost cause or would cost too much to fix but eFix solved the issue. Don't go anywhere else first, this is the best spot.

Great service. Spent several hours in the Apple store where they were unable to resurrect my macbook and wanted 750 to replace the logic board. eFix got it working again for less than a quarter of that, including insured shipping both ways. Very happy!

Great service Battery Replacement for my Macbook Pro 15 inch 2019 (Intel with T2 Chip) - still going strong! Received back from doorstep to doorstep in one week. Any questions (after I had shipped to them), which I had via email were replied to in matter of an hour or two by Reece.

Excellent company, I would certainly recommend that you use eFix Ltd Mac Repairs if you have a problem with your MacBook. They have repaired my screen and kept the original front cover unlike other companies. My MacBook is as good as new, not washed out screen you get from other places.
I researched screen replacement and this was a company who I felt I could trust and I was correct. Reece was very helpful on the telephone and once I sent it to eFix they kept me informed. I Received my MacBook in the timeframe they stated, no extra charges. It was well packed so no need to worry. No scratches where they replace the screen which some reviews at other companies suffer from.

Problem with my laptop identified very quickly by fix during initial phone call and repair recommended. Excellent instructions and process for me to send laptop to them and confirmation when it had been safely received. Repair carried out and laptop safely returned within a week. The team were friendly and very informative over the phone, taking the time to talk through all my questions in detail. I sent my MacBook in for liquid damage repair, and even though I shipped it late in the day, it arrived at their shop the very next morning. The express delivery was free both ways, which was a nice bonus.

They carried out a full diagnosis completely free of charge, and the repair cost was much cheaper than the quote I received from Apple. My MacBook was returned quickly, in perfect working order, and the repair looks as good as new. I would highly recommend them!

The service provided by Reece and team was great. I was nervous about sending my Mac away, but for no reason. Communication before going ahead was clear, and throughout. My Mac came back in the allocated timescale with a new screen and no indication that it had been repaired. What a great job!
