After requesting a gym induction session at short notice. Motive 8 went to special lengths to ensure that they could meet my busy schedule. Already very familiar with gym equipment and a keen sports person, I found the 1-2-1 session with the friendly and knowledgeable Raymond was incredibly helpful. He spent additional time with me and swiftly identified some areas for improving strength and posture and sent me a detailed exercise programme. Thanks guys! 🙏

Motive8 run the induction to our onsite gym. Alex who led the induction was knowledgeable and very approachable, was happy to answer questions and share knowledge.

The real treat has been our trainer. Having worked with four other personal trainers over the years, I can say with certainty that Ray has provided the best PT experience I've ever had; he's extremely flexible in working around our schedules, very careful in designing a training plan to accommodate various injuries, and is relentlessly positive and encouraging.

Filip and the team from Motiv8 have been incredibly supportive at our Residents Gym at Thames Quarter, Reading. Responses to general queries are efficient and helpful. The team are able to arrange additional classes and the booking system is really efficient, user friendly and supports our Resident engagement.

We recently worked with Motiv8 on the gym launch within our new Build to Rent offering in Harrow on The Hill, Rob and Filip where fantastic to work with, responded very quickly to our needs and wants, produced a fantastic induction and onboarding process and video, and we are already working with them on the design and standard operating process mapping on our next site.

Brilliant experience! My Trainer Ray has been instrumental in me being able to achieve my goals and planning out my progression path, also attentive to my objectives, and flexible with appointment date and times.
Having the sessions taking place in my residents gym is a big plus given the convenience.

Superb trainers who listen to what you want to achieve and work with you to get there. Luke and Joe are people you look forward to having a session with rather than dreading it. Highly recommend for all ages, abilities and goal attainments.

The weekly classes held at Castle park view are excellent. Luke is a great instructor and has made a massive difference to my fitness.

I am thoroughly enjoying my classes at Thames Quarter. I like that our PT introduces a variety of exercises and I have seen significant improvements. The classes are also fun :)

Motiv8 provide the estate with excellent support for all exercise related matters including gym equipment maintenance, supply of any sundry items required for gym use plus, a range of exercise classes for residents of the estate all which, have been very well received to date.
We would therefore not hesitate, to recommend Motiv8 services to any other similar environment.

The great Pilates class that I have ever joined. It’s very good training of flexibility and physical coordination led by Reshma, the professional instructor.

I have been taking Yoga class and Pilates class in Sienna House for six months. I enjoyed both classes. The coach Reshma is very nice, skilful and patience to teach us how to practise Yoga and Pilates. She keeps the class interesting and in good atmosphere. Classmates are friendly and the class size is good.

I had amazing experience with Motive8 gym esp. with their trainer Adrian. The gym equipments are always up to date and well looked after. Adrian keeps the sessions interesting and motivates everyone to do their best while keeping individual needs in mind. I thoroughly enjoy training with Adrian and Motive8.

I have been taking the classes within my building since January this year, 3 times a week. The small class size is great for that personal touch allowing for tailored advice but also allowing the social side of a gym class. Since starting the classes I have gained confidence in the gym and am using equipment that I wouldn’t have used previously. I used to think of going to the gym as a chore but I now look forward to the classes and even use the gym outside of the classes sometimes too.

Awful service. Highly recommend property companies using other gyms. Hugely frustrated tenants unable to use their own gym they pay for due to an induction that must be completed. These happen once a week not daily! Meaning I'm unable to access a gym I'm paying for in 10 days due to a bank holiday and them not approving my account. Never heard of such a ridiculous system. Awful company

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! This company should be ashamed of themselves for their terrible mode of operation. They are only interested in forcing people to pay for their non-existent service. They give absolutely nothing worthwhile in return. I was forced to pay an exorbitant sum for a gym induction. I was told that it was a health and safety requirement, even though I have been using gym equipments for more than 20 years. I was forced to pay for it, because they deactivated my fob for the gym access and forced me out of my own apartment gym despite me paying every month as part of my service charge. No choice, I paid for this "health and safety" induction, to which, the gym instructor didn't even make any attempt to hide the fact that there is nothing worthwhile in this induction and it is just a scam to cheat us of our money. The instructor literally told us as part of the safety briefing to just read the instructions on the gym machines and we will be fine. So yes, I was forced to be locked out of my own apartment gym unless I pay money to be told by the gym instructor to read the instruction printed on the machine. Disgraceful, scam of a company. If I can give them a negative 50 stars, I would. How this company can operate in such shady, cheating ways, I do not understand.
