The whole experience, from entering the M6 Bed Warehouse in Winnington, Northwich to receipt of the mattress was excellent. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, the delivery was exactly as described and we cannot fault any part of the purchase of our new mattress

From start to finish I was impressed. I contacted them via an internet search so I had no expectations. I visited the website and was struck by the reasonable prices. I was replied to almost immediately when I asked a question, by a REAL PERSON. We arranged a delivery the next day. I got texts telling me where the driver was on the journeyand the mattress was carried to the actual room on arrival -the old one was removed. Perfect service in every way.

Fantastic service, visited Northwich branch and Sarah was extremely helpful. The bed was delivered as promised within 3-4 weeks. The delivery guys were super efficient. I would recommend them without delay. Thank you so much.

Why haven't I been here before???? Can't recommend it enough! We were served by Sarah and what she doesn't know about beds simply ain't worth knowing. She is passionate about the product and really engaged with us. Think we were there for 3 hours! She listened to what we needed and talked us through the pros and cons, often just wandering off to leave us to think about what we needed. There are budgets to suit all pockets, free local delivery and free removal of old mattress which few other companies do. We actually bought 2 mattresses one of which M6 beds delivered to South Yorkshire (second home). The delivery chaps were fantastic..... very efficient. Pre delivery communication was excellent and we knew what was happening every step of the way. All the team were brilliant. Can't fault any of them and can't recommend highly enough. Thankyou M6 Beds! Our aches and pains are now history 😁

I purchased a mattress and bed frame from M6 Beds in August 2025. When an issue developed with the original mattress, a replacement was arranged quickly and handled smoothly. Over time, I experienced further comfort concerns and these were reviewed again with patience and care.

Louis, the owner, personally took the time to assess the situation in person. He was fair, open, and focused on finding a workable solution rather than dismissing anything. In the end, I was offered a resolution that went well beyond expectations, including a generous store credit to help me choose something more suitable.

What stood out most was the level of honesty, communication, and aftercare. It is a family run business that clearly takes responsibility for its customers and stands behind what it sells, even when situations become complex.

Overall, I am genuinely grateful for how everything was handled. It is rare to come across this level of customer care, and I would confidently recommend M6 Beds based on service alone. They will be my first point of contact for anything in this area going forward.

We purchased two mattresses and a single ottoman bed base. Our initial contact was with Lynn in the Alsager showroom and she was brilliant. We were then contacted just two weeks later with a delivery date. Excellent service. The two guys who delivered the items (and took away the old ones) were punctual, respectful of our property and very friendly. As the day was so hot, we offered them some cold bottled water to take with them. We can highly recommend M6 Bed Warehouse.

I went to the M6 Bed Warehouse to look for my new bed, having heard a radio advert for them. Just over 2 weeks later, the bed has been delivered and is just gorgeous. I was tired of my memory foam and springs mattress so have gone for the Sleepeeze Centurial 03 with 7000 springs, mattress topper and natural materials for cooler sleeping (silk, cashmere and alpaca). Once I'd tried it in the shop, there was none to compare. The staff are so helpful, there's no rush and they genuinely want you to make the right choice. Delivery and installation was trouble free and just how they explained it. I am thoroughly impressed and can't wait for a better sleep experience. Highly recommend this company.

Fast delivery, specific delivery requests were accommodated and I feel we got excellent value for money. So pleased with original service and product that we didn’t shop around, just went straight to there.

The shopping e perience at Tht M6 Bed Warehouse was a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure from the knowlwdgeable sales staff who gave of plenty of time to look around and try different mattresses. The one we decided to buy had a sale price on so we saved some money.

We needed two specific beds and the lady in the Alsager shop was very helpful, the prices reasonable and the beds were ready for delivery within ten days. The delivery team were pleasant and helpful and removed the old beds without difficulty and constructed the new ones quickly. An excellent service, well done to the team. I am sure we would have waited much longer for delivery elsewhere.
