M3M India Arvostelua 2

Do not buy any property with M3M India Pvt Ltd. They are nothing but fraud people. I have been chasing them since 2 years starting from Nov 2021 after paying them 10% of unit. Sent lots of reminders and called them couple of times. Even visited their office flying out of UK to India but they never could provide me any builder buyer agreement till date. I even discussed it with their Head of sales Anjoo Gogia, head of CRM Deepak and no one could provide me any solution. When I started spreading awareness about them in Public, they blocked me everywhere in social media. Fake reviews put by their employees on social media. If you want mental peace, do not buy any property otherwise you would suffer with them.

This is my agonizing story with M3M experience. We booked a 3bedroom flat in M3M Marina. We paid rupees 90 lac upfront. The last bit of payment, unfortunately, we were not able to pay due to Pandemic which 37lac. We made several suggestion with M3M to sell it someone and return our money back to us, or give us something in the same amount that we deposited with them. We are NRI and could not come to India due Pandemic. Firstly we never got a single response from M3M, secondly they have distributed all our personal information to real estate developers in Gurugram, thirdly they sold our property in March so someone else without informing us. Lastly they have refused to return our money back and when we are asking for a property that we like, they are saying you cannot have that, you cannot have this. You can only have a property that we will give in the same increased price, not today's price. I wrote directly to managing director of M3M. He has not even once considered replying me. In the meantime I have recently been diagnosed with multiple health conditions, some quite serious and I cannot afford to take any loan in case I loose my job because of health. I wrote to M3M again with all proof of diagnosis. Again no reply. M3M is continuously enjoying the interest of our deposited money. Neither giving us any property nor returning any money.
