Item arrived damaged but customer service offered resolution
My order arrived damaged and the customer service did nothing to try to resolve the issue.
EDIT: The customer service team quickly refunded me for my order after I expressed my disappointment. They also offered me a complimentary item, which was very kind of them. I don’t know many other businesses that would do this so I appreciated that gesture. It’s still unfortunate that the item arrived so damaged but they did let me know that they use an external warehouse.

Hi Ariel,
Thank you for leaving your review.
Like I said over email, we are so sorry that you have experienced these damaged items, that shouldn't have happened.
Furthermore we are sorry to see this 1-star, because you think the service is terrible.😔
I hope the mail we have sent you, maybe can compensate for this experience. Looking forward to hear from you. ☺️🤍
Either way, I hope you will give us a new chance in the future to prove to you, that this, was a one-time thing and hopefully it can change your mind about the service too.
I wish you a great summer☀️
Kind regards,

Hej Laura,
Tak for din anmeldelse.

My Favorite Brand
I own multiple pieces from M-Kae and absolutely love all of them. The quality of the material is amazing and feels so expensive on. The customer service is also exceptional. I experienced shipping delays when exchanging sizes for an item and was pleased to receive kind, fast responses. They even expedited my exchange so I would receive my item in time for an upcoming event.

The coast is very nice.
I have to change the first order, because the coast was too big. it was shipped to Slovakia and I do not have clear instructions which company to use for delivery back. But finally everything went smooth. :)

I had a really good expirience with them
I had a really good expirience with this store. I ordered the berry shirt in nude, size S, and the shirt is very beautiful. The material feels nice, it's not flimsy at all and the stitching is very well made. The package came with a very lovely note, and within the time it was supposed to. They also replied very fast to the questions I asked, within a couple of hours. I'd reccomend this brand to other people and shop again.
