Terrible
Terrible, prebooked, no sign of taxi. Had to ring office 3 times to see where was the driver, typical squeezed in another job before mine. Then driver didn't get anywhere near pick up point, I'm left out in the rain soaked waiting on taxi. I would not use again.

Highly reccommendable!!! Thank you Lynx & thanks to the two fabulous drivers I had today. 5 stars ain't enough! Courteous, friendly and very helpful & always on time. Easy to use app & friendly administration staff. My destination was an unusual one a one that I hadn't been before however the driver went beyond his call of duty to make sure it was the correct place. They are brilliant in terms of checking in after the initial booking to ensure that they will be there early on the morning of the trip.
They send a text when they are on their way and phone you on arrival for the pick up.

Taxi arrived on time
Taxi arrived on time. Confusion over destination due to translation issue, driver was heading for Ballycoolin instead of Ballycullen (my stated destination). Once that issue was sorted, journey went fine.

Not even one star, my taxi did arrive quite quickly however, I had to stop off to collect someone before going into town for an appointment, I got the driver to wait at a place people and other taxis always pick up and wait at, when I came back however my taxi left, before I could even pay him, I rang the company to tell him he'd left me and the offered to send me out another taxi, but by then I had missed my appointment, the driver didn't even ring me before he took off. Will not be using them again

Terrible!!!!
I was trying to book a taxi with only 40 in my account, i went in to check how much it is, and it went ahead and took the money out without confirming!!! I then called to say that and ask that i had booked it too early as i was only trying to check, and by the time i finished my sentence the agent had cancelled my trip!!! I needed to go to the hospital for an appointment, had nothing to call a taxi again and no ride as it was cancelled and i had rebook if i needed a ride!!!!
And then on top of that!! Was extremely rude on the phone and hung up saying theres nothing i can do for you!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
