I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Luxxlady. They advertise their products as genuine, discounted items, but in my experience, the item I received was clearly not authentic. The quality was extremely poor — far below what would even be considered a decent replica — and it had an unpleasant odor on arrival.
I returned the bag promptly, but the refund process has been incredibly frustrating. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting to receive my money back. Communication has been slow and unhelpful throughout, with little clarity or accountability.
To make matters worse, I was required to pay for the return shipping despite receiving a product that did not match what was advertised. When I raised concerns about authenticity, they were dismissive and unprofessional.
Overall, this has been a disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
