Absolutely great customer service
Absolutely great customer service, Frederic was fantastic. I ordered a rug a couple days before Black Friday, and noticed I missed out on the sale and asked if they would give me the discount, and they honoured it for me. If I wanted to exchange they had no problem in doing so, I will definitely order from them again.

Disappointed and let down!
I ordered a rug 11 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery. I have been told it was out for delivery 5 day ago. Communication with Frederic, the company owner I think has stopped answering the phone and has not responded to e-mail. I have spent over a £1000 with him and I think I will be going to the credit card company to get a refund. The rugs may seem to be a bit cheaper but I think this matches the customer service cheap and very poor. I am very disappointed as I have wasted my time and emotion on trying to buy a product from and dealing with Luxuryrugshop, this should have been a pleasant experience and it definitely has not been. 1/10

Dear Fr. Mills,
In order to avoid giving consumers the wrong impression of our company and our customer service which is known to be simply excellent it's relevant that a review contains sufficient details when an experience goes awry. This very rarely happens with us and when it does, it’s mostly the result of a problem with the shipping company.
In the case of your order, the late delivery was caused by the delivery address which you entered for your order and which was erroneous, causing the driver to struggle to locate you.
We have been promptly in touch by email several times following your first alert about the delivery which was failing and took immediate action to get the issue resolved, something which was possible shortly after it was established that the small error was in your delivery address (which you said other drivers usually didn’t struggle with).
We always pick up our phone instantly, we may only not do this in case of a brief absence or when a customer is unnecessarily & repeatedly using our phone line after everything has already been communicated & arranged by email or chat in case of an issue to requires our attention.
On 22/02/2023 you have confirmed good reception of your rug after the driver managed to locate you and you have apologized in the same email.
Considering the above, we most highly regret that you have found it necessary to rate us with a sad 1-star rating which does not take into account the error on your side and the instant assistance that you have received from us during several contact points in order to get the ensuing issue resolved.
I have no doubt that most customers would agree with our view and still rate us with 4 or 5 stars taking into account our prompt help and find your 1-star rating highly inappropriate & unforgiving simply for not having been able to get through to our customer service by phone on top of the different earlier contacts by email.

Despite initial issues with this suppliers website, our order was processed and delivered as promised. The service was efficient and the supplier offered a comprehensive list of options. We received our designer rug in the required size at a very competitive price. We were impressed with the suppliers follow up phone call to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.
