Amazing!! Absolutely loved the cottage, had everything we needed, the pool was fabulous

Friendly, informative, helpful and seamless service

Rye Top Farm was a well equipped & clean lovely house in a great location - with fantastic views. There were lots of good local walks that we could do with our grandchildren eg along the canal to the ice cream parlour and up the hill to the war memorial. The owner got back to us immediately to answer our minor queries.

Fantastic experience staying at this beautiful little cottage - the kids loved it, we were very comfortable and the the amenities were all of high quality. Would recommend and we'd love to return.

Everything was provided and excellent property

Great location and exceptional accomodation finished to a very high standard . It had everything we needed and was also very dog friendly. Providing treats, blankets and dog bowls. We didn't need to bring any of the basics a complementary basket with local items butter, milk, eggs and biscuits were waiting for us upon arrive. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the local area. I would recommend a stay it's lovely and welcoming.

Very easy to navigate for a suitable property in a nice area

Excellent service, both from the holiday home and from luxury cottages
Would definitely recommend and hope to use again

All contact with customer service was helpful and friendly and the holiday house itself was utterly stunning, everything had been thoughtfully considered, wonderful quality, in a beautiful location and the hosts were warm and immediately made us feel very welcome. The whole weekend was a lovely relaxing experience

The cottage was just as described. It was charming and very relaxing

The Dairy Fam cottage was immaculately clean with excellent facilities. They were able to accommodate an early check in and late check out too.

Amazing house with stunning views. So comfortable & all the bedrooms were luxurious & spacious. 5 star accommodation in a fabulous location with loads of parking. Every detail is thought through. We had the outside chef catering & the kitchen was a dream for him to work in.
Such a memorable experience for everyone!

The cottage was really nice immaculate inside we spent a weekend in Falcon Cottage. Very relaxing not a lot to do need to travel if you want eat out or go for a drink or entertainment.

Good information before our break very good service

A lovely cottage set in nice grounds 🥲with areas to walk my dog! It is the nicest cottage we have stayed in with a swimming pool and spa right next to the cottage,a great experience for my wife's 50th birthday!😃

A wonderful stay at the Unique Luxury Tractor Shed property
The owner was very hands on and Luxury Cottages always offer a friendly efficient service
Would certainly visit again and use Luxury Cottages

Fantastic property and is exactly as advertised. Extremely well presented and clean (although outdoor cooking area needed a little attention before use) .Great facilities which kept the family well entertained especially as the Easter weather wasn’t too kind at times. Very nice setting and property has fantastic views. It is quite remote which can be good if you like watching the starts at night, but means that you have to drive everywhere (nearest shop is about 1/2hr away by car). Roads around felt too narrow and dangerous for a casual walk. The driveway is shared with the adjacent property but this was empty during our stay so no privacy issues. Really struggled with electric car charging as facilities in the region are very poor and reliance on the car is high due to the distances. Perhaps the only criticism of the property is that it has no dedicated electric car charging (even if paid for separately based on use) as this would have made the stay less stressful and day trips easier to manage.

We had a fabulous stay for our Sons Wedding at Alrewas Hayes. The houses accomodation was magnificent for us to be able to host the Groom, Groomsmen and partners - we could not have asked for more. It was comfort and luxury personified.
The house was brilliant for activities in a lovely setting. The surrounding area is very pretty with local canal walks and a nearby local pub.
We cannot recommend Sandy Hill Farm highly enough.
The house was spotlessly clean and had every thing we needed.
Correspondence, directions and how to use the house were all very clear and the owners kindly accommodated our requests - all in all a fantastic experience.
