I was a little nervous to buy from someone I never met. Nick reassured that the preowned Patek was genuine and even sent me Live Photos. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend him. He helped me with my trade in and was able to make it an even exchange for my Patek. I will definitely be purchasing from LB again.

When buying a preowned fine Timepiece the single most important factor is sincerity and authenticity. Combine that with selection and I am describing Luxury Bazaar and their representatives. I trust their product to be authentic and as described. My service is professional, always pleasant and enjoyable. I trust their inventory and what they represent as authentic without question and they support their sales and their product after the sale is complete.

I have now bought and sold a watch with Luxury Bazaar and the experience has been great in both scenarios. I dealt with Chris who was very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The watch arrived on time and in the condition that was described. Will def buy another watch from Chris in the future.

I worked with Marco to sell my watch. He was responsive and kept me updated whenever I asked for the status of the sale. Once the watch was sold, I received the money I was promised the next day. No issues, no fuss, would do business with them again. I can't speak about any of the other individuals working at Luxury Bazaar as I only dealt with Marco, but if they are anything like Marco, then you will be in good hands.

Terrible customer service.I didn’t order something and they were of no help filing a claim for me with carrier or my financial institution.Buy from someone else!funny i researched the order and the order was done online and not over the phone so where was verification?Your lying and haven't been helpful.

I have been looking for watches for a while and saw Marco on You Tube channel for luxury bazaar and was instantly impressed. I then contacted him via Instagram and asked about purchasing a blue skydweller. This was the best interaction I had. He was corteous, responded to my texts and gave me very good advise on what I should do with trading and purchasing the watch. Even after the purchase he called me to see how I liked the watch. Very professional and have kept in touch with him even after the purchase. He is now helping me to see what new watch would fit best with my existing collection. With watch market going crazy I keep asking him questions and he repondes with great advise. I wanted to trade a watch for something and he gave me the best advise not to do it even though it would not lead to a sale. I have bought watches over 20 years and I can say HE IS THE BEST sales person I have dealt with. Actually, when I talk to him seems like I am talking to another watch lover rather than a sales person. I will not go anywhere else to purchase a watch now. I was in the market for a used Breguet 5847 and have been shopping around for more than a year looking for the right combination of price, condition, and trust in the vendor. I typically buy my watches online and I’ve never had a bad experience but you always have to make sure you do some due diligence. I happened to come across Luxury Bazaar whom I’ve never dealt with before but I quickly gained confidence in the vendor after talking to Nick who ended up being my eventual salesman. As part of our arrangement, I traded in a Breguet Marine 5817 and I found that their trade-in values were incredibly reasonable. We made the deal and the package arrived within a day or two and was well wrapped and well protected and the condition of the watch was everything that was represented to me. I would fully recommend Nick and Luxury Bazaar for any fine watch purchase.
