my mom ordered some soft shoes in the size that she wears (mind you there is nothing that says the size may be smaller) when the package arrived she tried on the shoe it was too small she sent an email stating the issue, no response for a week. then I sent an email they responded to me with they need pictures so I sent them they said since the shoe was the right size they wouldn't exchange for a bigger size but would give a 10% refund...really $4.99

I know questions have been raised about Gray Market retailers like Luxury Bazaar, but if my experience is any guide, any worries, at least about this company, are entirely misplaced.

I just purchased a fine Breguet watch from one of their sales associates, Ana Tenenbaum, and she was courteous, efficient, extremely professional, and generous to a fault. Not only did she give me a price break, but she shipped fast, via FedEx at no charge, with a nice personal note; then, when I discovered the watch was the wrong size, she issued a return label, again at no charge.

All in all, an experience that could not have been more pleasant, and more painless. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had a great first-time experience with Luxury Bazaar in selling my Jaeger-LeCoultre. Before selling, I received quotes from 4-5 different dealers. Each of which had a well established online presence. LB offered the best price/reputation ratio. The transaction was seamless. I wasn't calling to buy a watch at that time but the more we talked about life in general and this watch I realized this was a chance in a lifetime to buy this watch at a reasonable price. I have admired Cartier watches for decades. While I own a great deal of watches, my everyday go to is an Apple watch for fitness purposes. However, I was recently asked to pick a gift of jewelry that I would treasure forever and would be paid for by my brother. I immediately thought of a Cartier watch, thinking that a Tank would be best for me. However, due to poor eyesight and large bone structure, I decided on a man’s watch, the Pasha de Cartier Automatic in 18K gold and stainless, with an additional leather strap. In making the purchase, I was referred by a dear friend to Ana Tenenbaum, Head of Sales for the Watch Group. Ana is delightful, considerate, professional and just plain amazing! I was able to purchase a brand new watch at a substantially-reduced price from the same watch being offered by Cartier. It is GORGEOUS and I am now wearing two watches, I am right-handed, so I normally wear a watch on my left arm. That’s where my beautiful Cartier sits, while I wear my Apple watch on my rigt arm. It may be unusual, but it works for me.

I will also say that I have purchased jewelry in the past from Luxury Bazaar and they are completely legitimate. I initiated a wire transfer on 10/5, it was received Friday, 10/6 (thanks to my bank), and my watch arrived before 9 am on Monday, 10/9. And, it is legitimate, had never been registered with Cartier or worn in any way.

I could not be happier and would GLADLY recommend Ana to anyone desirous of a good watch!
