AMAZING customer service

I think this company could be very close to the best customer service I’ve had from an online retailer. I had an issue with a product - which was completely no fault of the retailer - (products irritated my scalp) I had responses via email and they were so helpful, even offering an alternative product to try and calm my irritated scalp. I would say every customer/order is appreciated as opposed to huge well known companies. Luxuriouslook.co.uk certainly aim to please

Happy with my purchase as always but…

Happy with my purchase as always but disappointed with the packaging. It was not as good as previous packaging

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service! You can tell they’re a lovely family run company who really cares about their customers.

I ordered a set of Davines products and unfortunately one had arrived damaged. Sarah responded within half an hour(!) and had already arranged a replacement for me, alongside some genuinely useful tips about the product line. Can’t thank them enough :)

Excellent service and competitive prices.

Competitively priced.
Prompt delivery.
Items well packaged using fully recyclable packaging - no plastic, not even the packaging tape.
Excellent service - would definitely purchase from this company again.

I purchased Davines products from here at a good price. Site was easy to use, prices good and delivery was quick. I will be using Luxurious Looks again.
