Excellent Customer Care 💕

An item came damaged but within a few hours of emailing I had a replacement on the way , rare to find a business who actually care for their customers! Highly recommended!!

Joico humidifier hair spray

I have been using this product for a number of years now but have recently found it hard to find so was really pleased to find it again, this company was so easy to access and I was kept informed on dispatch and delivery and the item arrived a day early so no problem at all. Will definitely use them again and let friends and family know too.

They are the best

I had a problem with my order from the subcontracted shipping company, but Luxurious Look's customer service was incredible, attentive throughout the process, and gave me an immediate solution.
I will definitely buy from them again!

They just say that are many warehouses in that location, sometimes unfortunately parcels are delivered to another one so we cant give refund to you.Poor customer service
