Excellent customer service, I ordered from Hungary and the package got stuck at customs. I was worried for a minute, but the Luxurier team resent the whole order free of charge, and they handled the duties!

The duvet set and the silk sheets are beautiful and soft, I love them so much! I FULLY RECOMMEND ordering from Luxurier. High quality, great service.

I love the duvet set - the look and feel of it is beautiful. While it wasn't a 'next day' delivery, it didn't take very long to arrive. One small hiccup was they sent me the wrong size fitted sheet. Once they were notified of this they sent a replacement. This is a reputable company selling excellent quality products. Highly recommended.

Simply stunning!
This is my second order and it is the first that was shipped to my holiday home abroad, everything was smooth and the bedding set Amira is so beautiful.
Honestly I cant find such great bedding anywhere else so I will be your customer again for sure!

Wow. Was about to buy this on FB, and reading the shocking responses of threatening to take legal action against virtually every negative review, I am horrified at Luxuriers responses. Would never buy from anyone with such awful customer service. Wouldn't sit well with the English cliental.

Updated...Their reply to me... Fake! Ha, not fake, my personal observation on thier shocking responses to any poor reviews on trust pilot, made me NOT BUY their products! FACT not FAKE . This is why we love trust pilot because people can give Honest feedback and you can see how good the company is before you buy. Thank you trust pilot for your platform.

Excellent company. Good communication. Bedding looks like pure silk, hard to believe it's cotton. Extremely happy with my purchase. Would highly recomend.

Received my order promptly. The order met my expectations, just as seen online, satin rich cotton and genuine luxurious feel. I will buy again and again.

I have ordered sheet . So if you’d like to return you have to sent to China which is $400 for shipping . They do that so people cannot return and items are here in the USA. Be careful buying in case you’d like to return is not worth it . As well not impressed with the product for the price

A bought both a duvet cover and sheets. They are both a beautiful design. They look and feel very luxurious. The sheets are comfortable to sleep on. Highly recommend!

Due to technicals issues the order didn't go through. I had to order again and immediately contacted Luxurier explaining that the first "order" wasn't valid (same products). Luxurier confirmed that the first order obviously would be cancelled. A month later after further requests Luxurier still didn't cancel the double payment by credit card. I now am filing a complaint with my credit card company to get the payment cancelled.
Update: On November 28th (the order and payment were November 9th) after several complaints and this review 95% of my payment was refunded on the credit card by luxurier.

As per previous customers poor reviews, this companies default is to threaten legal action for fact based reviews, as if that's going to work....

Fact : The goods looked nothing like the pictures

Fact : The quality was poor

Fact : It cost's you to send the package back to the warehouse, which you only find out after you take delivery of the goods, which in our case was China
No UK supplier charges to send goods back, so read their returns T&C's and be aware that you will have to pay to return the product if you don't like it as highlighted in many of the other negative reviews

We ordered some bedding that we received only to find it looked nothing like the pictures and the quality was poor considering the cost.

We decided to return the goods only to find out they DO NOT provide any returns labels and moreover you are responsible for paying for the return costs, not to their UK offices, but to the warehouse that sent the goods, in our case, they were located in China. The cost quoted was £70. We have sent the goods back and as yet have not had a refund, so DO NOT order if you may want to return the goods. The returns T&C's and costs, which you don't typically read as your intention is to keep the product, plus being a UK based company you naturally assume they have the same returns agreement as all other UK retailers, are punitive. They don't !! Read and tread with caution...

Exquisite bedding for a fair price
You get what you pay for. Definitely a premium bedding set, delivery to Italy was fast.
I am pleasantly surprised by the embroidery, it’s golden and beautiful.
The Egyptian cotton is soft and pleasant.
I will need a few more pillowcases
Please add some decorative pillows to make the bed even more stunning, thanks

There's a lot of crap on the website that dont justifi the price i dont expect to spend £200 on a bed set and have all the buttons fall off the stiching is crap and buying a quilt from luxurier it dont fit there quilt covers There's nearly 3-4inch of over hang iv had to stop shopping there, and there website don't allow you to put a 1 star review on there website it all dont seam rite. And other people complaining about stitching it says it all. And then I get threatened in a reply for telling the truth. I manged to copy and paste the reply ( Reply from Luxurier

Infact It would of been nice for someone to offer to take back this ( Olga Duvet Cover Set (Mulberry Silk & 1000TC Egyptian Cotton)
White (Rose Gold) / UK Double ) and replace with a duvet cover that has a zip at the bottom, like the Hanna Orange Duvet Cover Set (1000TC Egyptian Cotton & Satin) or the Amira Black Duvet Cover Set (Egyptian Cotton Jacquard) that both have zip at the bottom not buttons. I was quite happy to leave it with a review on trustpilot like i said I have videos and pictures of everything im not lying. Please do take me to court, i would be a nice day out even more so as im doing nothing wrong, feel free to waste the court's time then you can pay all the court cost for wasting people's time. While "crap" is considered mild profanity and is inappropriate for formal settings, it is not as abusive as more offensive words and is not technically a swear word. Its perceived offensiveness is subjective and depends heavily on the context, audience, and cultural norms. 

Very very disappointed with what poor quality goods you have sent me. It’s not the material it is the quality of the sewing and stitching. Pillow cases narrower at one end than the other. Embroidered parts not joined together properly. I have 3 other bedding sets that were absolutely fine but these two sets I have received are very poor quality.

Just received my new rosamonde set after returning the rosaella set. The previous one was stunning but red didn't match with my bedroom decor. This new set is beautiful and fits the style of the bedroom. Return process was smooth and they helped me selecting the right carrier - all good, happy.

Excellent quality bedding, nice designs and eventually reached customer services who managed to resolve my issues.

Pleased overall.

Disappointed with Luxurier

I bought a luxury bedding set from Luxurier after seeing them on Facebook, but the quality didn’t live up to the price. After one gentle wash, the embroidery covering came off. When I contacted them, I got a dismissive reply and was told this was “normal.” They even made a strange comment about my message being written “with the help of ChatGPT” instead of addressing the issue seriously.

I was offered only a 5% refund. For a so-called luxury brand, I expected much better quality and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend
