Very highly recommended

Products look lovely, and I was really excited to receive my product. It did say that delivery would be 3 weeks which was ok with me. When it didn’t turn up I had to contact them, and they said delivery wouldn’t be for a further 8 weeks! When I queried that it was originally end of Feb they just said “I apologise for that”. I am still waiting ....

Edited after reply from Luxe: thank you for your seemingly automated response to any reviews about delivery dates not being correct. As you can see from my review, I knew that the product was on pre-order, but it said it would be available in 3weeks. I am still waiting for the product,

Especially our mirrored tv unit such a good price for the Quality, I’ve bought quite a few things from this website and always have been happy, the quality is very good and customer service is good, would definitely recommend and will be buying again soon!

Do not order from this company...They lie about pre order/ order date ...they answer your calls with the same rhetoric ...........order pre order ....I DONT WANT TO HEAR THIS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.....The fact that you're paying people for reviews is disgusting and trust pilot should ban you from using thier service and you should not trade in this country at all. Cowboys ....Don't even bother commenting on my post as you sound like a broken record...you blame your customers rather than accept your fault ...Disgusting!!!!!! ...why don't you give us your real company address on companies house?????...........Spend your cash elsewhere and i'm reporting you to trading standards and getting a refund via my credit card....

If I call and get given a specific date ...My items are no longer pre ordered items so please get your customer services fact hat on. You should not sell items to consumers without being fourth coming about dates of order and potential fiurure delivery dates. ALL IN ALL you have just started what I expected ordered ....pre ordered ...ordered pre ordered....what is the status of my delivery now ????? wild guess Lee ......my order is still in pre order....absolutely useless company ?? I recently ordered a new bed frame and bed, so I wanted so new bed sheets to go with it... I ordered some super-king size bedding from Luxe, never heard of the company before so I was a little nervous to order, I usually stick to the bigger brands.... In the end I am glad I gave Luxe a chance, I received the bedding and it is great!! It is more expensive than some other places, but I guess you get what you pay for, and I am very much impressed on this occasion.
