Prices are similar to other companies, but Luxaflex products are superior with much lengthier warranties.

My experience with Luxaflex through HFT Interiors has been an easy process. Not so easy choosing everything because of the huge variety but I was given lots of help from the showroom staff in Kingston. I was a bit overwhelmed at first with all of the choices however once you decide what you don't want then it makes it easier to choose what you do want.
I live a fair way out of town and they always went out of their way to send an installer when it was convenient for me. Both installers that I met were thoroughly professional, respectful and efficient.
I had a couple of little issues after installation but they were both rectified straightaway with no drama at all. I have had visitors comment on the neatness of the Luxaflex Roman blinds in my lounge room which I had installed up to ceiling height so that none of the view from the windows was blocked.
I have no hesitation in recommending HFT interiors.

Blinds don’t fit properly and I was told I they would be reviewed by the installer but nothing happened.
They are 2 screw holes in the bottom of the blind that aren’t white like the rest of the blind and when I rang to complain I was told it is a design fault No mention of this fault was made by the sales person which was very unprofessional

I have just had a honey comb blind installed in my bedroom. It cost quite a bit more than a curtain, but I wanted a feeling of having more space. HFT had previously installed curtains and blinds for me and have been fantastic. The Luxaflex blind is amazing, so easy to use, shuts out the light and is keeping the room warmer. It looks elegant and has modernised the look of the whole room. It is worth the expense as once installed you will be grateful for the result.

Great communication, quick arrival of the product, Installer pointed out a small fault in the material and arranged a new one to be ordered which also arrived promptly.
