Luxaflex Australia - Cairns Blinds and Awnings Arvostelua 

I had plantation shutters installed in a master bedroom. The shutters are exceptional, easy to clean, modern and very stylish. I was also impressed with the installation by Cairns Blinds and Awnings who worked around my schedule.

I am a quadriplegic living in Cairns and have a west facing office and bedroom window. I was thinking an awning outside to lessen the afternoon heat and blinds to finish th bare windows on the inside. The lovely lady from Cairns Blinds and Awnings offered the option of the Smartfit Honeycomb Blinds which would do the job without the need for an awning.
The blinds were measured and fitted in quick time and they look so beautiful and the cordless handles work great or me. Cant be more happy.

All of the staff I dealt with, in the showrooms and the fitter, were extremely helpful and personable. It was refreshing to have my phone calls answered promptly and in person. I was also very happy with the end result. A great experience from beginning to end.

The product is good, though all the blinds did not have anything on when the wind blow and bang the blind. We have asked to install it but according to the company, the manufacture didn't included.

We had Luxaflex duette shades made to order for three of the bedrooms on our catamaran. They are blockout blinds that have a honeycomb design which is very effective at keeping the heat out. I am very happy with the finished result. Carla from Cairns blinds and awnings was very professional. I highly recommend them as they were prompt and easy to deal with. The installation was excellent and we are very happy.

The process from the initial consultation through to quoting, ordering and installation was seamless. We are extremely happy with the finished product delivering the vision we were looking for.

Carla and her team were simply wonderful to deal with. From the first visit with Carla, who took the time to walk me through the various styles and options available... (and even matched the exact colour and texture with my existing roller blinds)... to the expert installation, the level of customer service was absolutely first class! I am so happy with my Vertical Blinds and my 2 Panel Glide Blinds, the quality is better than I expected and they look fabulous!

I was impressed with the quickness of attention to my enquiry. Secondly, more than one person measured blind requirements, then when the blind arrived the size was incorrect. this was replaced with no bother or fuss - which I appreciated.
the only disappoint was the delivery times; disappointing to find out that blinds are not made in Qld. - and with floods, covid, road closures, time of delivery was very lengthy. This could be explained to the buyer before we order.

My spectra roll down blind is sensational! I love it. Gives the required privacy, keeps out unwanted sunlight. From the original consultation and measure up to the day of installation, it was a seamless experience. And the wait time was surprisingly short. From my experience, I highly recommend Luxaflex and thank the team for their attention and work.
