Good selection of watch straps. It would be very much appreciated if they could offer a colour selection option for products with multiple colours, instead of having each colour listed as a seperate product. This would make looking for product much easier.

I bought 3 items from Lux, a security screen protector for my phone, screen protectors for my watch and a new strap for my watch. I was super excited to use everything i ordered.

I put my screen protector on my watch first, it was perfect, easy to apply and no issues at all.

However, this is when things went wrong, I tried to put my new strap on the watch. It wouldn't fit, I spent almost an hour trying to put it on. It seems like the bar inside is too long for the watch, I physically couldn't put the strap on. I got a bit annoyed with it so I put it down to try again later.

I then went to apply my screen protector for my phone, it was easy to apply and seemed fine until I tried to unlock my phone with the fingerprint scanner. It couldn't scan my finger. I thought maybe I'd have to re-register my finger, that didn't work even with touch sensitivity on. I had to take it off, it then snapped in my hand. The description of the product said it optimised touch sensitivity.

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement, ive bought from them before without an issue but this has made me not want to buy from them again

The watch recharger I received was not compatible to my Huawei GT2 watch even though lux Case said it would be.

Many products from which to choose. The delivery time a little too long but it's worth it.

The phone case is well-made & a perfect fit. The car adaptor is from a reliable brand of good quality, but the long wait for delivery spoiled the shopping experience. The delay wasn't helped by the sloppy address label, which left out the house number. The "tracking" number told me nothing - PostNord are doing this company's reputation no favours.

The watch strap I bought clearly said it was compatible with the vivoactive 4s. It arrived and was clearly not compatible. Very disappointing and inconvenient. However I am very satisfied with the customer service when I contacted Lux case. They apologised for the mix up and despatched the correct strap. Very happy with the prompt response and overall customer service.

Order cover for my phone wiych never got it. Contact the Lux case and they were very helpful send me another one (witch I paid anyway)and still never got it. And its like 6 weeks now.(if not longer)So I won't be buying there anymore

Fast and efficient

I ordered a strap for my fitbit on 6th June. When it arrived on 16th June, I realised I had ordered the incorrect strap. I emailed the support line and got a prompt response advising me what you do in order to get the correct replacement. I posted the strap back a couple of days later on 18th June via registered post. I have not had any correspondence with the company since them. I have not received my new strap and they are not responding to my emails. I will not use this website again. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend at all based on my experience
