I had an issue with a product that had to be returned. There was an initial delay, no fault with the company and when I contacted them they resolved it immediately to my full satisfaction.

Have I been SCAMMED?
I placed an order with this company on the 22nd of September and there is still no sign of it. I have emailed them multiple times looking for answers with no response. If they gave me a tracking number I'd contact PostNord myself! I feel like I have been SCAMMED.

Still no sign of my order, two weeks after order was placed and paid for. I will be rdemanding a full refund if order is not received this week. Would not recommend this site.
