Ordered a watch strap on 10/01/26

Ordered a watch strap on 10/01/26, no tracking offered for the delivery. Contacted the support team on 15/01/26, says they will contact in 1 day or a little longer on weekends, I did not hear back until 19/01/26 to say they don't offer track and trace and the order was sent out 12/01/26 and latest it should be recived would be 21/01/26. It is now 27/01/26 and still have not received the order

No dispatch

Ordered on 6th, still not even dispatched by 12th. Courier company has no info. It definitely won't make the 3-7 day delivery. Lack of tracking info is very disconcerting.
