The item I purchased did not work, so I contacted them to let them know, and they said they would send a replacement product, but then they went back on their word.

I ordered a stained glazs 12• dog lamp as a gift.I receoved a 6” lamp - and the wualitu is awful.i paid $65 for it. I called the phone # on their sote many times and no answer. I emailed ‘support’ - they said itheir polocy is for me to return it and tge cost was $38. We went back and forth and Insent a copy of their return polocy fromm their website any they said that they will only credit me 10% and not have to ship it. I never write reviews, but this company is on legally bad. They sent me the wrong item. It wasn’t even correctly described. He says intricate stain glass and all it is is like a painted dog lamp. Again it is a cute gift because my sister has a dog. It looks similar to the dog and the picture, but what I ordered and paid for was a 12 inch dog and I received a 6 inch. They don’t care. Their phone number is not good. And don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered a cat lamp from Luvonic.
The information said it is lead light glass with some
other material where there are curves etc.
Upon receiving this lamp the quality was unlike what the advertised. Very poor quality.
I sent an email requesting a refund.
I sent the item back which l paid for!
This was mid January.
I got tracking on the item too.
They received this item early February.
I have sent numerous emails to them with no answer.
I am still waiting for a refund.
Not happy at all.

Sent me a faulty item not working. Stay away do not buy. Having a issue trying to get a refund

Please do not buy this product - step counter completely useless unless you want to fool yourself you're doing 3 times as many steps as you really are. Heart monitor doesn't work. And you have to charge it every day.

I purchased a smart watch that would not work and although they offered me a refund it was on the understanding I returned it to China at my expense and the shipping cost they said it would be more than the cost of the item . They said I could keep the item ( that does not work ) and they will refund 25% to me .
I have been conned !!!!!!

If this happens to you and you have paid by card get your bank to take this forward for you as it is a scam. I have just received the balance from this company on 6/2/2026 paid into my account.

I purchased a wooden 'piano inspired coat rack', advertised as made from walnut wood. The item received was pine wood painted brown and not at all natural hardwood as was pictured on their website. Luvonic agreed to a refund if I returned the item to China, costing more than I paid for the item. After several emails, they offered a 35% refund with no need to return the item as a "goodwill gesture". I created a payment dispute through PayPal as the item was not authentic and received a full refund through the PayPal investigation.

Please do not purchase anything from this website.
I purchased a "stained" glass table lamp "dachshund" as a gift for my wife for $79.00 and what I received is something that Dollar General or Dollar Tree dont even carry at their store. What I received is something worthless. made out of cheap plastic. this company is deceiving the customers, buying from Luvonic has been the worst experience of my life. so please dont purchase anything from these thieves if you want to avoid headaches. cause they will not refund you if you want to get your money back.

Product was not received and no refund received into account although email said order cancelled and refund due. Do not trust this support.

False advertising! Paid $79 for what was described as a stained glass lamp…what I received was 100% plastic, half the size and half the weight!! Customer service replied that I can keep the product and they will refund 15% of my purchase price, or return to the Netherlands at my cost for a full refund!

My order was delivered on time and without issues.
