Poor Deliver Time, Great Product …

The products are great but delivery time is shocking.

Order not confirmed or deliverd

Made an order, never got confirmed, no message why, never got delivered either... Currently in the process of getting my refund and cancelling my order
Atleast a message would have reassured, I'm currently giving this review because I have once made a purchase and it was nice if not I would have regarded this brand as scam company
