Lupoua Arvostelua 

Original order was through Havenlofting.
Beware-merchandise missing from shipment.
I ordered earrings from Lupoua and paid through PayPal. I received the package, but when I opened it, there was only a tiny box inside. The earrings I ordered were not in the box.
The envelope and packaging showed no signs of tampering, so the merchandise appears to have been missing when the package was shipped from China.
I contacted the company and was offered only a refund of 50% for merchandise I never received. I have disputed the transaction through PayPal and am currently waiting for the matter to be resolved.
I am posting this review simply to describe my experience and to warn other customers to be cautious. Take screenshots of the advertisement, your order confirmation and any correspondence from them.

Absolutely do not buy off this company! They are a complete SCAM! They advertise product on Facebook, in my case a Topacme children's night light supposed to be a projector with moving stars on the ceiling cost $60 for two and when my Paypal went through it cost nearly $90!! And to add insult to injury they sent a $2 little plastic light that does not project at all its just a dull light! I wrote to Paypal and they were no help at all and then wrote to their refund email and they said sorry its passed return date! Paypal had taken too long. They also sell through another platform VERDANEXUK and other fake names!

Don't by from this site. I ordered the bath Bombs that are supposed to explode in to beautifull colours and foam.
This does not happen, its just a normal bath bomb. No foam filling the bath and no colours like a rainbow.
I got four small bath Bombs at the cost of $55.(Australian) because while I was ordering my box of four which was $33. I looked at some others and when I placed the order it had also I included the item I was looking at.
Not only did they not do as described but they didn't come in the box and I didn't get the other order.
I emailed and complained and the only real response I got was to send a photo of the product, not doing what was intended.
I didn't.
So just be aware of this site.
Obviously a scam.
