I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to after visiting Lunn's last Saturday. Luke was excellent from start to finish, a combination of consumate professionalism and a deep knowledge of Rolex. He was incredibly patient in answering my Qs and then during a Facetime call to my wife to inform our decision. This enabled a 31mm Datejust purchase all on the same day. HUGE thank you not just on the day, but also your follow up to the purchase. The watch is fabulous and did exactly what I hoped for

Lovely experience
Lovely experience, really professional and friendly. I felt like this was a standard purchase but they made it feel really special. I was going in to collect something I purchased online but they didn’t just hand it over, they sat down and took the time to show the product and make sure I was comfortable with it. Went to Lunns yesterday with my husband to purchase a special ring. What a lovely warm & memorable experience. High quality jewellers are often stuffy & intimidating but not this one. From the lovely doorman to delightful & patient Amber we were treated so beautifully. Came away with a georgous ring & happy memories of the time choosing it.
