From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Amalia was a pleasure to speak with — her depth of horological knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for watches really stood out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and generous with her time, making the whole experience both informative and enjoyable.

What made the visit even more special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the showroom. Several members of the team took the time to greet me, and I especially appreciated Peter, the manager, coming over to introduce himself and ensure everything was perfect. Excellent service! My grandfather's antique watch required servicing and repair and Lunn's looked after the whole process (including sending it to Switzerland). The whole process was second to none!!
