This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Lune & Wild. I’m a first time Mum with a high pressure job so having the handy frozen meals for my little one on the busier nights has been such a life saver. No nasties, organic ingredients & age appropriate options! Plus, kiddo loves them! My 2nd order was stuck in transit but Emma-Louise came to the rescue and had another order shipped out as soon as she answered my email/plea for help! Amazing work team, thanks so much!

We are happy with the food
We are happy with the food. It fits with how I manage things/food at home and that she's in daycare.
Meaning I can make food when I am free and not worry when I can't as I have yours in the freezer . I still like the pure vegetable cubes (even if she's now eight months) as I'd still like her to taste each one individually a
I can see it benefitting us even more as I return to work as it’s easy to just get the healthy tasty food from my the freezer.
Thanks for this concept as it does help with time and taste development. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my daughter will have healthy good food.

Fantastic Products & Exceptional Customer Service
Our little girl absolutely loves her Lune & Wild meals - and it’s great for us to know she’s having healthy food with no nasties!
We had a delivery issue with our most recent order which resulted in the meals defrosting and having to be thrown away. Despite this being the fault of the courier, Lune & Wild were fantastic and we already have a replacement order on its way. Excellent customer service and a wonderful company in general - would highly recommend!

I tried to cancel subscription online. Unfortunately this was not processed correctly although I understand they dispute this. when payment was taken I realised and contacted lune and wild to cancel the order. They proceeded to send a box the following day and refused the refund. This is such a waste. I will not be recommending to friends and colleagues and had expected better.

Hi Hannah,
Thank-you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that this experience left you feeling disappointed, this is never the experience we want for our customers.
To explain how we work, all our meals are handmade from scratch using carefully sourced organic ingredients, and we put a lot of care and effort into preparing your little ones dishes. Once these have dishes have been made, frozen, and packaged in the box with dry ice ready for your delivery, we have already committed a lot of time and care into making your little ones meals, which is why we have to set a cancellation cut-off time for our orders.
We send out reminders in advance to give customers the opportunity to update their dishes, make any changes or cancellations. I appreciate that if this landed in your spam box, this could have felt disappointing. We hate to see our dishes go to waste.
If you wish to chat this through further you can reach our team at orders@luneandwild.co.uk and we would be happy to give you a call.
Warm regards,
The Lune & Wild Team
Great products
First order with Lune & Wild arrived promptly packaged really well and still frozen! Which was an initial concern of mine.
Products are great, my son has had the cheese sauce with pasta and two different muffins so far, he seems to really like them.
Saves me so much time now I’m back to work with meal plans for him, means less time cooking and more time to spend with him.

Exceptional, personal customer service
The customer care from Lune & Wild has been exceptional at all stages of looking into buying their products. When I reached out with a few questions before purchase, I was contacted promptly (out of office hours!) and offered a phone call to discuss my weaning queries and journey. Their Customer Care Assistant was knowledgable and reassuring, whilst giving personalised support. Once I decided to make my order, unfortunately there were issues with the courier delivery (through no fault of Lune & Wild). Again, when I reached out to their customer service, I received a prompt response with solution i.e. resent my order free of charge at a time convenient for me. The warm care and attention that I have received around starting weaning my little one has been so appreciated at a time that can be rather anxious for a first-time mum! Thank you, Lune & Wild - we can’t wait to start tasting your yummy meals!
