I received a fabulous broken chair. While customer service was right on it... unfortunately instead of giving me a chair that is not broken they sent me a box of parts which has been sitting in my home for a month . So now I have a broken chair and box of parts and am waiting for my brand new chair to get fixed :(

The drivers were great. The drivers came in and put my king size items together within 30 minutes. Linda and James communicated prior to delivery and were quick to respond. Initially I was skeptical about this company because I have never heard of it prior to searching online.

Service was great! From the time I purchased until the delivery. They let me know when the order was received, contacted me to discuss delivery time and the driver was very nice. He stayed in touch to advise his ETA (From Texas to Louisiana) and was on time with what he quoted. Everything came boxed nice and neat. Items just as described.
