Luna Carpet & Floors Arvostelua 4

What I purchased during my in home consultation was absolutely NOT what arrived for installation. I'm writing a Review 6 years later, as I realize the carpet, must be thrown away as its bubbling and lifting in areas, looking worse than when I replaced it....this is in guest rooms and office space that is rarely used, but vacuumed often. Considering the price of the quality Level 2 beige carpeting that I chose from the salesman's book. What arrived was thin a Level 1, beige off white, and in the sun it glistened there was so much CLEAR plastic threads included in the pile, this was not what I ordered. The installers quickly went into broken English when I said, no really where is the carpet I ordered and they shrugged. All the carpeting and padding which was of much better quality had been removed to lay down this absolute rubbish carpet. I was horrified and felt there was no accountability. I asked for a sample of what I ordered and the salesmen said he had none, only the booklets he brought into the house. I will never EVER order from them or promote their product line, go to Home Depot or Lowes where you can get a sample to have on hand, I was desperate that day and back against the wall with old carpet (but better) having been removed. Get the name of what is being sold to you.

UPDATE for LUNA Carpet Experience:
We received an email stating that our service call was scheduled for Thursday 1/4/2024. By 9 am we still had not heard from them with the window of arrival so we called. We were told that they were unable to reach the drivers and that the would contact us back with an update. They did not call until 2-230 pm in the afternoon to then advise that we received this email of service by mistake and that we were not on the list for service. This was only to show that our carpet was scheduled for binding. So, my husband took the day off of work and waited all day for a callback from them to then advise he stayed home for no reason and an email that was sent to us in error. Why was that not known at 9 am? I called to complain about the entire experience AGAIN. My damaged furniture that was less than 7 days old and the ripping up of the baseboard quarter round, etc. I called originally on 1/2/2024 to submit a complaint and a statement was taken with a response that someone would get back to me. Now I have called a second time to state that we stayed home from work for no reason and lost a days pay. I still have not heard back from a manager with any idea of how they were going to address any of my concerns about the service that was provided and my damages. AGAIN...VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY POLICIES!

Sales person totally took advantage of our young, naive selves. My husband and I just bought our first condo with a lot of blood, swear and tears. Unfortunately due to the closing date and the date we needed to be out of our old apartment by, we didn't have time to shop around. Sales guy came and quoted us $12,000 for carpet on 800 sq ft. Yes. TWELVE THOUSAND. Not really thinking about it, we agreed. After speaking to my parents who have owned two homes and have completely flipped them, we realized we had been completely bamboozled. Called the guy that same night to cancel the order and they were able to drop it to $6,000 without much hassling. You're telling me you're willing to drop $6,000 just like that? We were also supposed to get 12 month interest free financing. We just got the bill and of course, there's interest charged on it. Will NEVER use this company again. This company is the SCUM of carpet companies.
