Luke helped me reset after a period of high stress. He taught me how to manage my anxiety by focusing on positive thoughts, actions and interactions. His calm, practical approach enabled me to accept my anxiety without letting it rule my mind. Having completed my sessions I am more able to see the positive and recognise what makes me happy. I would highly recommend Luke’s approach.

The hypnotherapy was transformative after my nans passing and certain visions I was left having. I would highly recommend this to such experiences.
Luke’s encouragement and guidance of looking towards the positives also further helped me at a time where this felt impossible. He helped me to move onto an upwards trajectory with my thoughts, feelings and even in the conversations that we had. Luke also explained about ‘how the brain works’ and science of things which was really interesting and useful to know with the experiences and feelings I was left having.

Luke made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and explained things really clearly. I saw Luke to help me with my life long spider phobia. Whilst I haven't come across any big spiders since, I am now much calmer around small ones, and can be in a small enclosed space with them. I can see that it has already helped and would highly recommend Luke for helping with phobias.

I came to Luke when I was at a very dark place ( feeling extremely stressed, anxious and down.)
I’d tried other therapies such as CBT and Talking Therapies which gave only short term relief.
At first, I was apprehensive at the prospect of Hypnotherapy as it conjured up the idea of being out of control of myself. In reality, this wasn’t the case at all. You’re placed in a state of trance whereby you’re relaxed, fully aware and in complete control of things.
Luke’s empathic, intelligent, ‘human’ approach plus his lovely sense of humour made him very easy to talk to and instilled a a sense of trust and confidence in what he was doing.
I particularly liked how he helped me understand my feelings and behaviours by explaining how the brain works in particular situations.
The underlying principle of seeing the positives and appreciating the simple things in life has worked for me.
I’m in a much better place now and use the strategies Luke has taught me when facing difficulties.

I've suffered from episodes of low mood and low self worth for years and have tried various therapists who try to help you understand what causes your problems etc. What Luke does is totally different, he helps you look at all the positives in your life and how to realise any problems are just temporary and shouldn't rule your life. I don't fully understand how what Luke does works, but all I know is it does and it has for everyone I know that I've recommended to Luke. I now look at all the positives in my life effortlessly and deal with the negative aspects swiftly without dwelling on them in self pity.
Luke is very easy to talk to and the sessions are free flowing like talking to a friend at times. He listens and remembers everything you say which is so important the more sessions you have. I highly recommend him and this form of theropy.

I started my hypnotherapy journey during the summer and I haven’t looked back since. Luke was understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I've suffered with panic attacks and anxiety for years and tried lots of things to help, including CBT sessions from the NHS. Everything has been a sticking plaster treatment which hasn’t got to the bottom of my issues, let alone found a lasting answer.
My father’s twenty-a-day smoking habit was cured after only one session of hypnotherapy, so when I heard the treatment was helpful for anxiety, I was keen to give it a go.
I’ve got quite complex reasons for my anxiety, but Luke was able to incorporate different strategies and types of hypnotherapy techniques over the course of the therapy which gradually chipped away at the causes of my panic.
Luke was empathetic, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, as well as easy to understand – and I found it hard to believe he was still a student therapist. He really seemed to get me and understood how I was suffering.
It's been over a month since I finished with Luke. I can’t claim to know why hypnotherapy has worked for me when other things haven’t, but I’ve gone from multiple panic attacks in the day and lying awake worrying every night, to being someone who is relaxed, happy, sleeping for 7 hours and functioning normally again.
I couldn’t recommend Luke more than by saying quite simply he has given me my life back.
