Lumories Arvostelua 

I was happily surprised to find this website in Bulgaria as I live in New York and I am trying to renovate a house from a distance. Their inventory is beautiful and prices are quite reasonable. I ordered already a set of lights which arrived relatively on time. I came back to order more and the second order has been nothing short of pure frustration. Their website interaction is very limited, apparently you cannot cancel an order directly nor adjust the items in the cart unless you send a mysterious online form?!!? No one responds to any of the forms or emails I sent through and the only reason I want to cancel the order is because I have been waiting for more than a month now with no hope to get it anytime soon. It seems like they wait for all of the items to be available at the same time before they ship them, however that seems to be absolutely impossible, at least for my order. I also followed the instructions of "re-arrange your order" which sounded like the best next option to just cancel the unavailable items on my end without having to send a form to a black hole, but in reality it created a whole new order for me! Basically, extremely primitive website and non existent customer service. Such a shame because there is no other website/store on the Bulgarian market which offers these items.

Very unprofessional. Items never arrived, and the customer support will eventually reply once in a week. The whole process with them is an endless loop.

On 09.12.2025 I ordered eight lamps from the company Lumories.bg. Paid in full with my credit card. Order number LPBG608902 since 09.12.2025. Up to now I received only half of the shipment. After several reminders nothing happened. It seems that there is no control of your orders. Could you provide me with my items or I will take all legal measures. Please advise in seven days.

I've paid on delivery. The lamps arrived on time, they are exactly like in the site and they work well. The Bulgarian translation is not the best, but everything else is fine.

Ordered lamps in March, I kept receiving e-mails for delayed shipment, which was ok at the time, I was not in a hurry. The tracking number of the order that they send me showed that there is no information regarding the shipment. I wrote to customer service, there was no reply. I will NEVER order from them again, very unprofessional and not customer oriented.
