Sent me the wrong size. Refuse to send the correct one at their expense. Also refused to cover the cost for me to send their wrong size back to them. They are totally at fault. Only offer me 20% compensation.
Never use this company. They are a scam.
I placed an order September 22, 2025 and still haven't received my items. Last tracking status states my order is "somewhere" in my hometown, since October 13th, in limbo for 3 weeks. Needless to say I contacted my credit card company and submitted a claim. This company appears to be a SCAM!
Faulty fabric ( that bore no resemblance to the photo) small cuts in the fabric of the sweatshirt. The company would only refund if I returned the item at my cost. They did reply to my emails in a timely manner but would not accept that they were at fault.
I purchased some items from this company on October 20th, 2024 and to this date November 13th, 2024 I still do not have my product. The items I purchased were women's clothing items. I contacted the company and received a response stating it takes two weeks just to send the order out, the two to three weeks for shipping. They will not provide you with a tracking number. Not sure where or who this company is, but buyer beware....you may never get what you ordered.
