Great service, great products

I received a lovely email on placing my order, which probably wasn't personally written to me, but felt as though it was. The delivery came quickly, beautifully packaged and the quality of the clothes is brilliant, and colours as beautiful and vibrant as on the website - I will be ordering more!

Great service! Accidentally added the wrong address to the delivery information and they sorted it out really quickly. Great product too!

Great customer service with a personal…

Great customer service with a personal touch. After my order Sam sent me a message thanking for my purchase and told me to contact him personally if I had any issues with the item. It is small touches like this that make me glad we shopped with a small business. Oh and the items were great. The kids loved them.

The cutest little outfit ever!
Found Lucy&Sam searching the Web for UK based environmentally friendly clothes and I wasn't disappointed. Their range is super. Customer service was excellent and personal and my package arrived quickly. Will most definitely be ordering again. Thank you!
