Great experience

Fantastic quality and customer service

The quality was absolutely fantastic, I bought my mum a cushion for Mother’s Day and she loved it! The customer service was also brilliant when I emailed worried that I would not receive it in time. I will be purchasing again!

This hoodie is even better than expected…

This hoodie is even better than I thought it would be! The likeness to my pet is uncanny. Customer Service is excellent too. My only complaint is about the very high volume of marketing emails I have been receiving. I will use this shop again - they are so good, I don't need all the marketing!

Ordering was really easy

Ordering was really easy and communication was good. I ordered a bag/backpack with a print of my pet. The bag is brilliant. It's so much bigger than I though it would be and seems to be very well made. The print of my dog is done really well and I was emailed the copy to check prior to printing. My only issue is that the print is very small compared to the bag. I would prefer the print to be at lease 5cm larger. Apart from that I am very pleased with the service and item.

The embroidery is wonderful and the artwork really detailed. The items are also really great quality. It took a bit of time for them to get to me but they seem to have been a victim of their own wonderful success so be patient!

Order came in wrong. It was a printed shirt instead of stitched. Missing my pets name. Took over a month. Not happy with quality. Not worth the 65 I paid for 1 shirt.

Order took way too long to process

Order took way too long to process, even for a customized order. Very few updates and minimal communication from company. Was told they had changed to an international warehouse or something but was only told this after waiting for several weeks for order. Product arrived and it honestly is not what I would expect from a $50 sweatshirt.

I had to wait more than 7 weeks for my order without receiving any updates. Only after I sent emails (and even then, the replies took quite a long time) did I finally find out what was going on with my order. I won’t be ordering there again — their international shipping is terrible.

Love my items! Will be ordering again!

This company is great. They really listen to feedback with proofs and are easy to communicate with. I got a sweatshirt, a crossbody, and a mini rolltop backpack. Everything is perfect!

I had an edit that I later realized wasn’t needed. I contacted customer service for the artist to disregard that comment and they responded very quickly despite the time difference (US vs UK). I also contacted them because I realized the heart icon for the sleeve embroidery came in red and I wanted it to be purple to match the font of the sleeve embroidery. They were able to put in a note and it looks amazing. I asked them a few questions and they were very kind and quick in responding to my inquiries.

Sizing is good too. I know with other items it can vary, but I got a hooded sweatshirt and it’s pretty true to US sizing. It’s a little longer but that is just how I like my sweatshirts. For reference I am 5’3” and I got a M. The quality is really good too. Very soft inside and thick which I really like in a sweatshirt.

If you are looking for a gift for an animal parent in your life or want to display your pets on an item of clothing or a bag, this is the company for you. I will absolutely be buying from them again!

Just being ignored now!

It’s a shame as the product is pretty decent, but it’s not worth it for the shoddy customer services & the absolute headache this has bought. Bought an item, & got sent a discount code. Code doesn’t work. Apparently it only works on “non-sale” items. Does it say on the leaflet? No. Does it explain this at checkout? No. I then get a patronising email from Naomi, the production manager, telling me I’m using the code wrong. It’s only for matching items. Naomi, look at my order & read my previous emails. I tried to purchase an EXACT copied jumper for my kid. I even said “use the same print”.

I’ve since sent video evidence that there is no explanation of why the code doesn’t work at checkout out & they’ve gone silent on me despite me asking to now cancel my order. I have noticed a few changes on the website though guys since my email, so no need to thank me that your IT was as shoddy as your customer services.

And the mad thing is, this code now works on sale items!?!? I cannot keep up. I don’t think you guys know what’s going on!

I simply want a full refund on my 2nd order. The ASA have my complaint so it’s good that you’re looking at your IT in time for them!! It may have been different if you were more willing to be accountable for your errors & acknowledge it, but to try to talk to me like I’m stupid, not great for customer relations??

C'est la deuxième fois que je commande…

C'est la deuxième fois que je commande un produit et la première fois il n'y a eu aucun problème mais cette fois-ci m'a commande à eu un retard énorme sans que j'ai aucune informations de la part de Lucy&Lola shop. C'est moi qui ai du renvoyer des courriel régulièrement pour savoir ce qu'il ce passait ( encore aujourd'hui ma commande n'est pas arrivé).
De plus j'avais choisi un produit sur le site qui finalement n'existait plus donc j'ai du changer mon chois au bout de plusieurs semaines que m'a commande était passer.
Il semble qu'ils avaient des soucis avec leur site et des gros changement mais ces erreurs ne devrait pas arriver et surtout informer les clients bien plus tôt ça évite les inquiétudes et je ne devrait pas aller quémander des informations sur ma commandes car je n'avais pas d'information !

J'avais fini par demander un remboursement de ma commande puis le lendemain j'ai eu un mail comme quoi le bon de commande était près ( donc que mon colis serais bientôt en route) et 3 jours après réponses du service client qui me dit que mon colis est parti ( donc pas de remboursement) et on m'a offert une compensation pour ma prochaine commande. Malheureusement je ne recommanderais probablement pas ...

J'aime beaucoup ce que vous faites mais ça m'a gâcher mon expérience en tant qu'acheteur...
