Lucy Arvostelua

Made an order about a week ago that got lost in transit. The Lucy team identified the problem immediately and the re-shipped the order and I received it the next day.

These Kapsel pouches are on a completely different level when it comes to taste and quality versus the competition. The pouch is strong and doesn't get slimy. Need that flavor boost? Boom! Crush the flavor Kapsel and your experience is reinvigorated.

I’m trying to quit nicotine all together. I started to use the gum because I figured if I just have to stop chewing gum then it’ll be easier to quit. Also I can just get normal gum as a substitute to get the feeling of having something there. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing taste!

good product. Helped me ween off of vaping

The order shipped pretty fast I bought the nicotine lozenges in flavor mint and with two consecutive tablets I haven’t noticed a buzz in my head or that rush that nicotine gives me usually when I vape. The mint I don’t even taste that much it could be mintier I feel like and it does set off the need for me to vape for about 15 minutes while I let the candy dissolve. I guess it’s doing it’s job but I thought it was going to give me a nice rush I do not see it that noticeable. So yes it does work but it burns my mouth a little bit and could be mintier. I will continue to order for a few more months but I don’t see it as an every day thing for me.

-Seamless transition from dip with 12mg
-Consistent nicotine release over time
-My office smells better
-No teeth staining
-Great flavor-a little sweet
-Less conspicuous
-fewer tobacco related headaches
-smaller can size, fits in pocket better
-Shipment packaging a little rough
-Shipment lead time a little inconvenient
Overall, well worth the premium

It's not a cigarette

Trust me when I say I definitely still miss smoking every day, but I've been chewing Lucy Chew and Park, as well as using the Tobacoless nicotine pouches, and I have to say: The fact that they taste so good while also kicking my nicotine craving has been wonderful. I hate patches, nicorette gum, as well as traditional lozenges. Vaping was the only thing that could get me to not want a cigarette. Since I've started using Lucy products, I haven't smoked in 2 weeks. My lungs feel great and my chest is loosened noticably. My only complaint is that I can't get the flavors I want in the 4mg pouches. I like the wintergreeen and mango, but my only option for those two is the 8mg. More options would be wonderful. Overall a great product made by people who know and understand the traditional drawbacks of Tobacoless alternatives.

Excellent service - shipping and delivery is prompt.

Great taste, good price and always delivered on time!

Always arrives on time and order is accurate. Love the product and appreciate options of subscription vs one-time purchase.

The flavors are great. Only issue I have is the cinnamon makes the heartburn I get from the nicotine a bit worse but it's a great cinnamon flavor anyway! I just wish there was an option that paired well with coffee, and maybe also a mango option. I am currently two months off of the vapes and intend to stay off using Lucy so eagerly awaiting some new variety

Product is good but takes forever to load up their website to order which is a pain. And no, it’s not an internet issue on my end.

Wonderful product. Best customer service I have experienced. I love Lucy!

Lucy Rocks! It’s so convenient and the lozenges taste great. Once I started Lucy there was no looking back.

solid gum def better than nicorette

Everything arrived on time and the quality was fresh and satisfying! I would definitely recommend the pouches if you want a good mouthfeel and a pleasant nicotine dose that doesn’t slap you in the face, but is still strong enough to get the job done. Very happy I made the choice to switch to Lucy!

I have only needed to to contact customer service a couple of times – because the site is generally so easy to use, but the couple of times I have used the live chat option the answers were very fast and very helpful.

Great product, thank you for helping me quit vaping!

The order process was simple and the product exceeded expectations. The delivery was quick as well. I think this is one of the best tobacco alternatives on the market.

The Lucy service was great. The starter price was so affordable that it was an easy decision to try. My order came quickly and as intended. For some reason, I never got an email to activate my Lucy account, but I was able to chat with a representative who got me straightened away almost instantly. My correspondent was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my experience.

Dip free for 4 months! The pomegranate gum was a game changer. I’ve tried everything under the sun to quit but nothing filled the void. I heard about Lucy on Tim pool podcast and used his code for my first 9 packs. My advice would be get the reoccurring deal first purchase. I didn’t and had to order another 9 packs before I ran out.
