I signed up, put money in with my credit card, said no to bonuses. On my 3rd deposit I accumulated $7000. I got my account verified - that took a little over a day. I tried to do a couple of withdrawals, cancelling the first because their system couldn’t take my bsb/account number and the second (after another 2 days) because after asking how long it may take, was informed that they could only accept withdrawal requests of $1000 but I could do up to 5 withdrawals at the same time. So I put 5 withdrawal requests through, each of $1000. After 3 days I got 5 rejection emails detailing the reason as “Withdrawal rejected. More information via follow-up email”
So I waited for the email to come:

Following a thorough review of your account, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to offer our services to you due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
We understand that this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that acceptance of our Terms and Conditions is a mandatory part of the registration process, and all users are expected to be familiar with them.
As part of this process, we have issued a full refund of your deposits totaling A$635 . These funds have been returned to the original payment method, and you can expect them to appear within 14 working days.
Additionally, your account has been permanently closed. Any associated contact information and payment methods have been blacklisted to prevent future activity and ensure compliance with our policies.
Thank you for your understanding. We wish you all the best moving forward.

I find this insulting and to infer that I am to blame? By blacklisting my details? They should be ashamed of themselves. I have not received a response to my request for clarity around the T’s & C’s breach.
I have not received my initial deposits as yet but will update IF they actually come.
I did not breach any of their terms or conditions. I hope they get shut down.

deposited and won, withdrew and after 2 weeks of chasing got email saying closed account due to breach of terms and conditions! they cancelled withdrawals and said id be refunded my deposits of £250. would not tell me how i breached the terms. 4 weeks later after chasing my refund every other day been told cant refund as this type of transaction is not eligible!!! this is also after sending in my bank statement! absolutely disgusting complete con
