I referred a friend and collected the bonus for that. I won around $125 on a table game. After that, table games disappeared. Okay...

I tried to request a redemption and was told I have to verify. Okay that's normal. I entered my info and waited. And waited. And waited. It's now been over 2 full weeks and they still have my documents as "pending" and I never received the code to verify my phone so I guess that's broken too.

I tried to connect via live chat but that doesn't work. I reached out via a form on their site and via email and haven't heard back. So I would advise everyone to avoid this site as it seems like a scam where you can't get verified or paid if you win.

All they do is pay for reviews. It’s impossible someone will give them 5 stars if they don’t have customer service, is inexistent, they don’t verify you, they don’t answer emails, never mind they will pay your redemption.
They need to be shut down for scamming practices.

I had $300 in my LuckyKong account, and without warning it was reset to $0. I immediately contacted their customer service — several times — to get an explanation and hopefully recover my balance. Despite claiming to offer 24-hour customer service, I haven’t received any response in several days.

This isn’t just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. A casino should protect player funds and communicate promptly when there’s an issue. Right now, LuckyKong has my money and won’t even acknowledge my messages. I can’t recommend them to anyone until they address this and fix their support process.
