Superb service
I ordered a book over the phone, having seen it in the shop. It's worth mentioning that the staff were in the middle of moving to a new location, but they let me in to look at the stock as I was only in town for a couple of days.
Poppy, who dealt with my order, checked the condition of the book and answered all my questions. It was delivered the next day, very well packaged and exactly as described.
