Can not fault the service. They were not 100% satisfied with the product I purchased so they contacted me to keep me updated and inform me what they planed to do. All issues were rectified and they even gave me some freebies and a discount. Customer service was fantastic, delivered next day once issues were sorted. Will definitely use this company again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Received our new Fantasy Sex Doll literally the day after I ordered it and the packaging was very discreet.

The doll is absolutely amazing and she feels extremely high quality! She weighs 21kg which is incredible….sooooo heavy and I was blown away by her size.

I recently received my XY163cm hybrid TPE body/silicone head doll from Lucid. This is the third doll I have bought from the company and the experience was as smooth and hassle-free as ever.

I received a number of very helpful photos before the doll was shipped, so that I could check I was happy with her. There is a small charge for this service, but it is refunded if you proceed with your order.

The doll was shipped by DHL Express and arrived safely and undamaged.

The dolls are bought in bulk, with the result that the prices are extremely competitive. The downside is that there is little or no customisation possible, but that is a small price to pay in my view.

I find the company great to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

zügig geliefert, neutral verpackt. hab mir mal den Po aus TPE gegönnt und muss sagen, der erste Eindruck ist super. Es macht Spaß und fühlt sich besser an als gedacht. Das Teil ist schwer, daher ist die Reinigung etwas nervig und zum langzeit Zustand kann ich noch nix sagen. Trotzdem nach 8x mal Bahndamm ist der Preis raus und ob ich jetzt nen Gummi voll mache oder das Teil ist für mich kein Unterschied, aber viel besser als handanlegen. Vielen Dank

I ordered a Luciditoy imperfect doll on Monday evening and she was delivered Wednesday afternoon. The imperfections shown in the photos weren't as bad as I imagined and she is getting a good soaking in oil as I write this review.
I am really impressed with the service and quality of the dolls and I will be definitely coming back for another doll in the future.
Thanks too to the lady I spoke to on Monday evening who answered all my many questions.

The title of my review is of course the product I ordered from the Neojoy company.
Neojoy - Julie Sex Doll 10KG Flesh Torso I was looking for a less expensive alternative to importing a more expensive silicone doll, I looked around and settled on a torso doll,
My purchase was from their ebay store,I studied the pictures of the aforementioned doll which I recognized from countless Google searches,very familiar,but the company seemed to know their onions as the British expression would go,they sell many other sex toys of all shapes and sizes for all types of people,and the range was quite diverse.
I placed my order,the parcel was delivered the very next day,less than 24 hours, very well packaged, although I didn't expect the weight,but that's now understandable as the doll has a metal skeleton just like those more expensive silicone full body dolls,I opened the box and was greeted by a beautiful face peering back at me from within the inner protective clear plastic crate like a beautiful princess frozen in ice awaiting a kiss from some prince.
I open the plastic crate and there she is , I had to step back , although she was bald she still was so life-like and so beautiful with her life-like eyes and soft plump lips,there is a zip bag included which holds her blond natural looking wig.
I'm truly impressed and it would be easy to fall in love with this inanimate princes,her skin is so soft,her eyes are so alive and she moves to your every touch, anatomically correct, really impressed with the quality,and if you're looking for an alternative to importing an expensive full body doll I'd give this a thought.

ein kleines Männerverknügungsspielzeug gekauft. Qualität soweit gut, aber weder die angegebenen Maße noch das Gewischt stimmte, hier gibt es Abweichungen bis zu 25%. Auf meine Anfrage hin wird nur vertröstet und versprochen man finde eine Lösung, nun muss geprüft werden, das seit einigen Tagen, Was bitte schön soll geprüft werden, ich habe ein Beweisfoto mit maßen und Gewischt (auf der Waage) gesendet. Nun weigert man sich eine Teilerstattung zu zahlen, muss vom vorgesetzten geprüft werden ... Ihr Chinesen müsst was eure Ware angeht und den Service noch viel lernen. NUr Versprechungen die ihr aber nicht einhaltet, weder in Produkt noch Service.

Great customer service, I liked my doll so much I bought another one.
This is a legitimate company and the doll arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
I would however warn people that the dolls are very heavy, and that someone who has mobility issues would struggle without someone’s help.

I can`t believe how good this product is . It came in a very secure box with starter kit . A bit heavier than expected but the quality is amazing! Her skin is soft and realistic and looks better than the real thing. I am very very happy to buy this doll and probably I will buy more stuff from Lucidtoys! . Thank you guys so much !!

UPDATE: It's been over a year now. I am still liking my doll. Only problem is sometimes metal wires come out from her hands. I had to cut those because it can seriously hurt me. I think designers should not use metal wires. or at least make them safer. Also doll is very sensitive. She can get damaged easily by sharp objects. That's normal I guess because material is very soft. But they should fix those hand and spine joints.

These dolls are amazing and really good value for the money, I love the fact that you get what’s pictured not some poor substitute for the real picture, what you see is what you get. The quality is outstanding and the joints really smooth, as is the skin texture so realistic. I plan to keep in touch with This company, and order more in the future. My most recent purchase was a 6YE torso doll, which actually turned out to be better "in person" than I expected. Great service with a (virtual) smile and kindness by staffer "Sue" at purchase time on the chat thing.

I've bought several items from Lucid Toys over the past 2 years on and off and have been mostly pleased. "mostly" because once or twice i've been sent the wrong doll but it was nonetheless good quality which i chose to accept and keep rather than return. Avid collectors such as myself will know what is what and the dolls are the genuine article from the Chinese factories, such as irontech, 6YE, firedoll etc., some are so beautifully sculpted and designed nowadays that i consider them works of art and just have them sitting around on display in my house to soothe and inspire me. Weird but true.

Much lower prices than the other doll providers in the UK, and you'll get about the same quality and possibly better service. so many excellent dolls in their stock with regular updates that I'm tempted to buy one every month, but sadly i'm running out of room in my house already!

Bought a 163cm Firedoll on Monday, arrived safely today (Wednesday) via UPS.
This is my first purchase from this company and my first Doll purchase.
I was a bit sceptical due to the prices being lower than other legitimate vendors, but after a quick bit of detective work, all of lucidtoys certificates 100% check out, as all the doll manufacturers for the dolls they sell, list them as legitimate EU/UK suppliers, which put my mind at ease, so I put in the order.
Another thing that put my mind at ease, is the fact that they will let you collect your products at their warehouse (if that’s an option for you) and inspect your products before you take them away.
I’ve read a few reviews of people choosing collection and having a very friendly and helpful experience.
The parcel arrived in discreet packaging, (as discreet as a long box weighing over 30kg can be, lol) with no indication of what was in the box and after opening the box, I can confirm that the doll is exactly as described, looks exactly as pictured and is of really good quality.
I have yet to fully remove the dolls body from the packaging, but so far, I see no damage or issues and I doubt there will be any.
I’m actually amazed that lucidtoys are selling these dolls at the price they do, when clearly they can charge more if they wanted to, to bring their pricing up to what the other vendors charge......Although I’m glad they choose to sell at the prices they do, as why would you want to pay an extra £500 to £1000 for the exact same product?
They dispatched the item the same day (ordered around 1pm, dispatched to UPS around 5pm) and it took the quoted 2 days to get here....Probably would have been here next day, but UPS had a delay in delivery, which I was quickly informed about, via the “Shop” tracking app.
I have no input on communication from this company, as I had absolutely no need to contact them, as everything went smoothly.
Because of the easy and hassle free experience I’ve had, I would not think twice about using this company again, or recommending them.
Edit.......After removing the doll from the packaging completely, I can confirm she was in perfect condition......I’d also add that anyone considering one of these dolls, should be aware, that they are heavier than they look....If you have mobility/strength issues, then these dolls are probably not for you. 30 to 35kg may not sound like a lot, but it’s dead weight and can be awkward to move. Totally worth the effort, if you can handle the weight.

It was ok but the material was very stuck and dust got stuck to it very easy plus, next time aware client in bold that is a small body not a big one, I thought it was a big and it came very small. However the inner texture and tight feeling was ok.
