Lucew Arvostelua

Horrible horrible service. Items are too big, material is cheap and practically transparent, there is NO phone number for customer service!!! When I asked for a refund via email they offered $11, then they increased it to $22 - no where close to what I paid for 2 dresses at $82. Now radio silence to my emails. Frustrating & contrary to what is on their website, they do not care for customer satisfaction at all. STAY AWAY, LUCEW is a SCAM!!!!

Great choice of styles, and Colors ,delivery a little slow but in all well satisfied

Top is very cute and fits well. Was expecting more of a cotton blend, sweatshirt material but it seemed to wash well and still looks great.

I love two of the 3 tops but the third is too small - I like a looser fit. I have tried to reach you about how to return the 3rd but have not heard back.

Quick delivery and quality pieces!

Everything was perfect. I love the fact that you use Canada post to deliver. Other deliveries end up on wrong floors and units. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Is there less than one star for this ridiculous pop up crappy company that doesn’t even respond to my emails but when they do they play Price is right game offering $15 refund then $25 for a basically see thru garment of very low quality!’ The dress cost $62 and isn’t even worth $10! Please someone stop this scam!!!

It came fairly quick. However, one of the dresses ( the brown spotted one, it’s sleeves are too tight for my arms.

Overall, I am very pleased with the company

Lovely dress but it’s a little big.

I placed a subsequently order for a few other items and hope the smaller sizes will fit better…

It is very cute as it appears in the picture

I have received my item but it is too small. I would like to exchange for larger size. Please please send me some info on how to exchange my pant set. My order number is 7789112 on May 10,2023. If I can’t exchange it can at least get a refund it was not cheap. JKW

My clothes did not fit even though I ordered my size. I was very excited to get them and disappointed they didn't fit. Hopefully return process will be satisfactory

So sorry to tell you again that you sent the incorrect item. I received 225119XXL POS A It is in an incorrect color or gray/pink, not the pretty camel color you showed. Also. You have failed to respond to your mistake. Lydia Justice Edwards 208 530 3913

This company it's very good, good products and very easy to buy on line

Absolutely 💯 ridiculous. You are unable to return items. They will let you keep the items and compensate you $16.00. Make sure you know you exactly what size you need. Takes weeks to recieve your oder. Careful people... I would not recommend.

Dress is even better than the picture, fits perfectly and will be my go-to Saturday night pick for this entire spring and summer. Thank you

The dress is really pretty. I had to shorten it . That was my choice. But it still looks good.
