The Beverly Crewneck in Burgundy is a quality sweater. It's nice and thick to keep you warm, but it's also stylish for casual wear. The shipping process was fast and efficient too. I will be ordering from them again.

I love the sleek, elegant look of these suede boots! They are nicely made and the heel height is perfect for dressing up an outfit, but can also be worn with jeans.

I bought the Chelsea boots and they were wildly narrow and there is absolutely ZERO traction on the soles. Their return policy is horrible and was unable to return(only for store credit). Then, unrelated, they did send me an email offering a $25 dollar credit in return if I gave them a 5 star review. Well, I am not a sellout and CANNOT recommend these boots to anyone for a $25 store credit to somewhere I will not shop again. Spend the money on bonafide brands. Not ones that bribe customers into fluffing their reviews for their sub-par products.

Beautiful shoes, to wear is a little difficult but I guess because of the cut of the shoe. Every other thing is nicely done

The design of the boots is beautiful and the quality is excellent. I usually wear a size 37, but they felt a little tight, so I recommend ordering half a size up. However, for the price and quality, they are excellent.

I found this company through an Instagram ad, and I must say that I’m very impressed. The quality of their boots, as well as the style, is amazing. I received so many compliments when I wore them. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a pair of the Cairo boots recently.

This was my first purchase from Lucent, so I was naturally a little hesitant to order from them. Not because I didn’t think they were legit, but because I’m VERY particular with my how I like boots to fit so I usually prefer to buy in-person. However, I have loved this design for months and finally decided to just take the plunge: I do not regret it.

Fit was perfect (I usually wear an 8 for tennis shoes, but prefer to size down 1 size for boots and this was perfect). These DO hurt a bit at first, so I would recommend breaking them in slowly before trying to wear them for longer periods of time.

They looked exactly as pictured. The price tag is a bit more than other mainstream brands, but the quality definitely makes them worth it. So if you’ve been debating on buying a pair, go for it! I’m about to buy my second pair now

Im very happy with these boots! They create such an elegant, elongated silhouette! I especially love that the shaft isn’t wide…it fits the leg nicely without adding extra volume. They look sophisticated, feminine, and expensive!!! Thank youuuu

I ordered a pair of shoes after seeing the photos online and thinking they were adorable. I selected my usual size, but when they arrived, they were too small. I requested a return label and a refund. Only then did I learn that, per their return policy, they do not issue refunds — only store credit.

Store credit is not helpful in this situation since the sizing does not work for me. Customer service was firm in refusing a refund and would only offer store credit.

If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My experience with Lucent Los Angeles was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend. Very stylish shoes and also extremely comfortable.
