I asked them if they could tin the tip…

I asked them if they could tin the tip of the copper wires, after crimping them to the connectors, to prevent corrosion and they answered me OK. So I made a special order. But when I received them, I discovered the tip of the cables had not been tinned.
Nonetheless, as a compensation for this error, they offered me a 5€ refund on my purchase.

My first experience

Well, the product is as described, the price is really honest, the parcel is well done. I just would criticize the lack of information about the expedition, I discovered my jumpers when the postman rang to my home...
but the experience is pretty good, thanks to Lucasoundvision.

Excellent all round

Excellent all round experience. Really great communication, very easy to work with and made accommodations for me to be able to purchase in my local currency. Will definitely purchase from these guys for all my future audio cable needs :)
