One of the best purchase experiences ever

I needed QED Genesis Silver Spiral jumpers. Through my retailer in the Netherlands it turned out to be impossible to have QED make these (order stayed untouched, no response from QED). I contacted Lucas, who is incredibly customer oriented. He made the jumpers to my specifcations and I received them in no time. Very, very much recommended!

I ordered speaker cables on Wednesday and received them the following Monday. I contacted them by email for delivery information and received a response within a few hours. In short, fast delivery and excellent communication. Excellent!

I received advice on selecting the appropriate cables for my HIFI equipment. The cables were delivered on time at my place, and Lucas and his staff were professional and friendly. Partly thanks to the appropriate cables from Lucassoundvision, now I am enjoying a great sound system.
